Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd Reviews

Our existing workshop cleaner / scrubber has seen much better days and needs replacing, and we've been looking for a replacement for some time. CES was recommended to us via an AI led research task, and from initial contact to order placement to confirming delivery, it has been a good experience. Even when the unit we selected was no longer available, they helped us identify an equivalent machine at the same price. Throw in the delivery, handover training and ongoing service and maintenance, we have our new all-in-one cleaning tools provider. Thank you CES.

It’s also great to hear that you found us through AI research! We’re glad we could find you a suitable alternative when your original choice was no longer available, and keep everything at the same price.

Thank you for choosing CES as your cleaning equipment provider. We really appreciate your business and look forward to supporting you with servicing, maintenance and anything else you need in the future.

Best wishes,
Chris and the CES team

Brilliant to hear everything went smoothly from the moment you placed the order right through to delivery and collection, and that the machine did exactly what you needed. That “easy and efficient” experience is what we aim for every time.

Cheers again, and if you ever need another hire or a bit of advice on which machine is best for a job, just give us a shout.

Jake came out today to demo their ‘Doff’ style pressure washer, and I couldn’t be more impressed. His professionalism, attentiveness, and depth of knowledge were outstanding from the moment he arrived. Jake is clearly an absolute asset to the company. The service was genuinely 10/10 from start to finish, and the machine delivered exceptional results on an old period stone building. I’m thoroughly impressed and look forward to continuing to work with Cleaning Equipment Services for all future cleaning requirements. Highly recommended this company !

Terrible company. Rented wrong machine and sent debt collectors to my house . Avoid !!!!!!!!

Hi Rebos, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. We take all feedback seriously and always aim to resolve issues fairly. The original machine delivered was the one selected at the time of booking, and when you informed us it wasn’t suitable, we exchanged it free of charge. Unfortunately, only one month of the three-month hire was paid, and despite multiple attempts to reach a resolution, we had no choice but to pass the matter to a collection agency — something we only do in rare and unavoidable circumstances. We're always open to further discussion if you'd like to reach out.

I work in a school and we needed to buy a floor buffer after ours was beyond repair. I dealt with Ian who was really helpful in recommending suitable products and answering the many questions I had. He replied promptly to my emails and assisted with my purchase. The product arrived when promised and was packaged really well. The buffer is fantastic, powerful and considerably cheaper than other suppliers. Overall an extremely positive experience dealing with Cleaning Equipment Services.

We contacted CES recently regarding some advice on a job that we had and which machine would be the most effective. Barry’s help was invaluable! We went with his recommendation and the results were fantastic. They worked with us to deliver when we needed. Great choice of machines to hire, corresponding products too. Great friendly and experienced service and all at reasonable prices. Barry we will definitely be using CES again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
