My stove, and in particular my oven, and my refrigerator are looking beautiful thanks to Kimmie from Mayko's team. Kimmie was able to get all the layers of grime off the stove oven and the refrigerator. They sparkle and smell very fresh.

Call cleaners joy for simple cleaning requests that don’t require time management or executive function. We had two experiences with them - 1) they did a great job at a simple deep clean for our personal residence 2) we hired them for an STR (short term rental) cleaning and it was a huge disappointment (and embarrassment as a host). STR cleans require additional detail and care such as refilling soaps, cleaning out old food, and time management to quickly turn a unit in a given time frame. Perhaps if they had arrived on time they would have made it through the checklist. 10 minutes before check in they still hadn’t finished and left many things on the checklist undone. My husband had to finish the job for them. For example, they left a half eaten carton of ice cream in the freezer for the next guest, among other things. Yikes!
If you hire them for an STR clean, your reviews and reputation will suffer. I would strongly encourage them to avoid advertising STR cleans and focus on the tasks they can actually execute.
Additionally on customer service, I got a call about my feedback on the clean. Nick opened the call listing excuse after excuse with incorrect time stamps instead of seeking to understand the experience.

Highly Highly recommend Cleaners Joy and Mayko's team! I arranged for Mayko's team to clean my parents house and the service went great. The team showed up on time, communicated clearly leading up to the appointment and did a fantastic job. They cleaned places my parents hadn't cleaned in years (under rugs, door jams, windows) and walked my parents around the house when they were done to give them a chance to review the work. I just booked them for recurring cleaning and would recommend them for anyone looking for cleaning in southern Maine. Five stars for Cleaners Joy and Mayko's team!
