Absolutely love my mom bathroom. Everything from getting a bid to the job being done in a timely manner was great. Woody did an exceptional job working in a 1929 house that had its quirks from past owners DIY projects. Mike kept on top of everything and the company was a pleasure to work with.

Had a major house fire in late 2023. Hired this company for full renovation. At the time they were Clarke Contractors. I know owners changed but also the employees that were horrible still work there, as the foreman assigned to my project is now a PM for them. Let's call him "Woods". He was alright and even challenged my PM at the time to do do what was expected by telling Ken, " this isn't a $50k reno, it's $300k+". Let me be clear, it was the PM that was the problem. Their employees did adequate. The subs hired did not.
2.5 yrs later I've finally got the HVAC situated. They used Ed's. A joke. They did the work to a minimum. Drain lines not connected, air ducts and intakes installed improperly. I addressed the issues with "Mike" after I asked not to deal with Ken any longer and was told, " this is how it is".
I chose my front door only for a cheaper, less expensive one to be installed. This was addressed multiple times before they went ahead and painted the wrong door my color selection. This was remedied when Aaron dropped off the still improper door that was too large on Christmas eve in the middle of my driveway without notice. I caught Aaron before he left and was able to move it to the garage. He was under the impression that I'd been notified and called Ken. Guess what, I was the problem. This was taken care care of because I documented everything.
I could go on and on about problems and issues that arose that this company fought and refused to take responsibility for, but I don't think Google would allow so many characters. One more though, cabinet door was installed on the wrong swing. I ws asked to damage it so they could replace it without being charged. Unbelievable.
I'll end with this, not addressing everything.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK DONE RIGHT.

The caulk of the shower started coming off after about 4 months. They repaired it a few months later, but that repair also had issues. Eventually our 1 year warrent ended but we are still having issues. They were very professional during the construction, but I can't recommend their services.

I needed a bathroom remodel due to a plumbing issue. I had trouble finding contractors to come and stay on the job. All Claims was a wonderful recommendation! They helped with design and picking out finishes. They were quick, efficient, and made my new bathroom a wonderful experience.

All Claims has been amazing to work with. From the initial call to the work they’ve done on our home. We are renovating a room and needed a closet knocked out, hardwood sanded and color matched, electrical work done and a couple other small jobs around the house completed.
Jerry was thorough with the estimate and very responsive to all of our questions. Terry and his team were incredible to work with. Terry was wonderful about keeping us informed of progress and next steps and made us feel comfortable asking any questions we had. He and Jamie, Donnie and Marty were punctual every day, very knowledgeable, professional and so friendly while here. They did excellent work on our home.
Butch did an amazing job on our hardwood. The room we’re renovating needed to be sanded and then color matched to the hardwood in our other rooms. He did such an amazing job matching that we didn’t need a transition and you cannot tell where the work started and stopped. We are so happy with how this turned out.
The electrician Terry had come in also did great work relocating our switches and light. It was exactly what we needed.
Finally, Tonya and Amy did a great job cleaning the area and like everyone else from All Claims were so friendly to work with.
We still have a couple other jobs they will be doing here in a few weeks and cannot wait to see the results. Any time we have projects around the house, big or small, we will be reaching out to All Claims. We’ve had an absolutely tremendous experience with them.

After noticing moisture and damage developing near one of our unused rooms, we realized we had a hidden issue that needed immediate attention. Since the home is newer and the problem surfaced after the warranty period, we had to look for outside help.
We contacted All Claims to help us navigate the situation, and they were excellent from start to finish. Their team assisted with assessing the damage, documenting everything clearly, and guiding us through the claims and repair process. The level of organization and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and very thorough in their work. Communication throughout the process was clear, and we always knew what the next steps were. It was obvious they had strong experience handling situations like ours.
I would absolutely recommend All Claims to anyone dealing with property damage or insurance-related repairs. I’ll update once the remaining work is completed.

Very good experience with All Claims. Jerry waste no time getting out getting measurements and walking through the process. Very nice and friendly and a knowledgeable guy.
Project manager Brandon, was quickly assigned to my claim and he stayed on top of everything to ensure a smooth process. He made sure I was satisfied with the work and if not he came out to correct it himself if necessary. I highly recommend this company. Definitely, plan to use them on a future bath remodel.

All Claims Repairs did an outstanding job of remodeling our laundry room, giving it a fresh and clean makeover. The work done was of high quality and exceeded our expectations. The installers, Jamie and Donnie, were extremely courteous and professional and were a pleasure to work with. The process of determining the design of our remodel was easy and stress free. And the cost for the project was very reasonable and competitive compared other quotes we received. We are very happy that we selected All Claims Repairs for our remodeling project. We will definitely be using them in the future for other home projects we are planning.

We would HIGHLY recommend All Claims Repairs! We talked to 4 other contractors before selecting them to finish our basement. Kristy did the design work. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the big project from plumbing and layout to giving great ideas on the aesthetics. Terry was the Project Leader. He and his team were very talented and professional craftsman, including Marty and Eliazar (spelling?). Terry is a great communicator. He always told us what to expect day to day and the project went on schedule. We liked every person who came into our home. It was a big project including building a new kitchen and new full bath. It is beautiful! Ready for the holidays.

My basement remodel turned out beautifully—the work was high-quality, fast, and exactly what I hoped for. But the real standout was Jess from customer service.
