In reality, we know exactly why this review was posted. You and your other FAKE REVIEW SELLERS recently contacted our company offering to sell us fake positive reviews for €40. When we declined, stating that we are a legitimate business that relies on honest, earned feedback, you threatened us with this fabricated 1-star review and attempted to extort money from us to remove it.

We do not negotiate with scammers or succumb to threats. We have officially reported your extortion attempt and this fake profile to Google's fraud team.

Following our refusal, you posted this review. We have requested that you provide a service invoice or the names of the cleaners to verify your claim, which you have been unable to do. We reached out to you previously only because the invoice remained outstanding in our system for several weeks. We have retained the timestamped evidence of when the payment was actually successfully processed, which we are happy to post or share with you if you wish to verify it.

A true life saver. He really made my new apartment a place I can move to. I booked 4 hours of cleaning and he distributed the time in a way to give the best possible outcome. It wasn't as perfect as I wanted to but after seeing how dirty it was at the beginning (with greese and years of dirt) I can say it was true magic what he accomplished in such time. I will definitely book them again and I totally recommend it.

In general I am satisfied with work done within a short amount of time to clean my apartment. The attention to detail is adequate. I unfortunately did realise that my kitchen scale did not work after the cleaning, most likely as a result of water damage. I understand that accidents can happen, but more care could be taken with electronics. None the less I still recommend their service and would use them again.
