Wwe had a great experience with City Captain Transportation. Our driver verified our specific needs (wheelchair van) the night before, and was there at the appointed time. He was a very pleasant young man, chatting easily with my friend who sat in the front seat on the way to the airport. The price was reasonable for our special needs. I would recommend City Captain for your transportation needs.
If you’re traveling with young kids this is a seamless process I definitely recommend using! Our ride was on time when we arrived and when we left for the airport. The drivers were courteous and professional. Definitely would use again!
The absolute worst experience ever. Driver was 20 minutes late, and found talking on his phone down the street. The car was filthy when he drove up and filthy inside too. The driver talked about himself and a new business all the way to the airport and would not stop. His driving skills were erratic and dangerous. I informed the company by email when I arrived at my destination and explained how bad the experience was and received no response. Then they sent the same driver to pick me up on my return trip home. He asked me to walk down five drop off locations to meet him, I said no at this point. I had provided my airline and flight itinerary, he should have been at the right location. Then he yelled several times into his iPad to get directions and then he asked me to check if it was correct, it wasn't, I had to give him directions. All this should have been set before I was picked up. I contacted the company again and no one responded at all. Instead they gave me review links, so here it is.
This worked out so well , they were on time and pleasant to work with. I just needed to feel secure about getting to my destination with my littles, I felt nervous traveling alone.
Booking through city captain was an absolute lifesaver for me. The driver was Amazing, the conversation and communication during the drive and before was seamless. We rode from San Diego to Riverside CA. I will look to this company again for all my ride needs in San Diego. Thank you again Cindy from Texas
We booked City Captain because we needed a car seat for our 3 year old son. Yosief provided excellent service! He was punctual, the car seat and car were clean and he even played kid friendly music in the car (and took requests from our son!). We would absolutely book again!
Jonas and Pete were great drivers, on time to pick us up, and very friendly and courteous. The vehicles were very nice, and they had the car seats we requested. Thank you!
Don't hesitate. Book!
Joe was fantastic! He drove a Sprinter van from the SD airport to the Rosarito area and kindly came back to pick us up to return to SD a few days later. Provided us with medical passes as well. He was always on time, efficient, and incredibly friendly. We truly appreciated his warm and helpful attitude. They also had the best price.

Everything was great! Easy communication about pick-up, and the ride home was smooth and easy.
I was looking for a cab company for a large party that had base access in the San Diego area for some business and came across City Captain. Our driver Abraham was timely, professional and very knowledgeable of the area! It was easy to book and work with the business to meet our ever-changing and specific needs. I would use this company again!!
We booked through City Captain Transportation for our trip to LEGOLAND and had such a great experience! We booked round-trip transportation to and from the airport, and our flight ended up being delayed. They were accommodating and adjusted our pickup time without any issues.
We also requested a car seat for our toddler, and one was ready for us when we arrived. Our driver, Yosief, was professional, friendly, and made the ride comfortable. He even played toddler songs for my son during the ride, which was such a thoughtful touch.
We really appreciated how accommodating and family-friendly the entire experience was. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we would definitely book with City Captain Transport again! Highly recommend them, especially if you’re traveling with little ones.

Our driver, Yosief, was professional, friendly, and made our tour magical. He had a wonderful personality and was personable, plus knowledgeable. His deluxe Tesla X was smooth, comfortable, and fun! Prices are very reasonable! Thank you!
Wonderful experience. Super kid-friendly. The car seat was ready to go. Frozen music was on the radio. Very kind and helpful driver. Wonderfully professional and communication was prompt. And I really appreciated that I could book the car last minute
