Verified Company
I would not use this company. They advertise never missing a deadline but, after taking out money, they ghosted us and we had to call/ text from multiple numbers to get ahold of them. When we did speak with someone they assured us Jake would get back to us, but he never did. Our deadline came and went with ZERO communication from them regarding what was going on ( we only got information when we reached out).
On our initial consultation we were nervous as the rep that came did incorrect measurements and stated he was one of the owners. We later learned he had just been hired and they sent another rep out to redo the measurements. Dante (the new rep) stated that they would be losing money on our project given the initial quote. Based on this, we are under the assumption they never intended to do our project, keeping our money for as long as possible as an interest free loan. Even when we asked for a refund, we asked to pick up the check, given the amount, and they, again, ignored us and mailed it without asking.
Their price might look competitive but given the stress and the fact that we are months out from thinking we would have a new bathroom with nothing to show for it... I would recommend using a more established company. After discussing with other contractors, they stated that CincyBath can charge less due to how they cut corners. So also be aware that they use subpar materials (ex plywood that can mold behind the shower) that may lead you to have to replace their work sooner anyways. I normally don't leave reviews and wanted to support small business, but I am very against unethical and predatory business practices. Hopefully this post will spare someone the nightmare of three months this put us through with them. Please AVOID this company!

This summer has been our busiest to date, and you are not the only customer we have had to refund. Part of the reason for this is we care about who we are putting on your jobs. We are very slow to hire, and our installers are people that have been thoroughly vetted to ensure successful projects.
The communication part, we apologize for. We are all hands on deck for our work load. As for the communication in home, if those things were said, We are deeply sorry as we intend to do every job we bid.
The competitors that say we get to our lower price by cutting corners is simply not true. We are locally owned and operated and use the same materials as our biggest competitors.
As we never started the job, and did refund you the full amount, I feel a 1 star review is a little harsh as you never truly received our services.
If our biggest fault in our business is that we had too much work for our trusted installers, and chose to not hire out unqualified employees just to meet a deadline, that speaks volumes about our attention to detail and quality of work.
