Furner Realty Group is a terrific realty group. We met Ross Furner impressed us first with his knowledge, professionalism and sincere care. He stayed in touch even after we decided not to move to Lancaster. When we started to look for an investment property, we began working with Russell Canouse. Russ is an awesome realtor and an all around great guy. He's professional, knowledgeable, always prepared and seemingly always available. My husband and I have bought and sold many houses through the years, and Russ is hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with!

We recently listed our house with Ross Furner and Furner Reality Group/ KW Elite. Mr. Furner visited our house for a through on-site assessment. He mades suggestions for up grades and assisted us on identifying items to address before listing the house. We followed his lead and then identified an asking price based on the local market and comps that he provided. His no pressure approach was welcomed and appreciated, and his suggestions for improvements to the home were on the mark. Both he and his staff were very efficient with all paper work and completing the same in a timely manner. Communications between all parties was handled in a very professional manner with speed and accuracy. Furner Reality Group’s marketing strategies were very effective. Our home sold within three days at the full asking price. We were very pleased with the personal and business approach that Mr. Furner and his staff took with the sale of our home. Lori, assisted Ross, with the sale of my home. She was my "contact person" but quickly became my absolute go to person. She texted me a cheerful good morning every day quickly followed with, "how can I help you today?!" Each evening she texted a , "have a restful night." She was there for suggestions or advice. She was amazing moral support, we were becoming fast friends. By the time we all reached settlement, we solidified our friendship! We still keep in touch!
