Brilliant service for both the mechanic workshop/ bicycle servicing and bicycle purchase. The service was clearly knowledgeable, honest, experienced and friendly. I had originally bought my son’s bicycle from another local cycle shop but when there was a structural fault, and slow impersonal service, I opted for a refund and to start again with Fudges. I have not been disappointed. I also currently have my own bicycle there for a check-up and replacement of f various parts. A gem of a place in the heart of Chiswick.

How lucky are we to have Fudges on our doorstep? I've had my bikes serviced here several times over the years. Recently, I had the happiest experience buying my son a new bike for his birthday. The team is extraordinary! The very best! My son was over the moon with his new bike. I am incredibly grateful for the fabulous guidance I received from Fudges which helped me select the perfect bike for my son.

This place is brilliant. I've popped in a few times over the years (it was on my old cycle route home) so remembered them when it was time for my 4 year old to get her first pedal bike. The guy who helped us was lovely, and we are now the proud owners of the perfect bike. Buying a first bike can be daunting, but this was an easy and reassuring experience We like that you can buy and take away the bikes immediately (the wait at Halfords would have been over a week... Hard for a small child!) We bought the bike in the morning, spent the afternoon in the park, and by 3pm our daughter was pedalling away like a pro. We're also happy that we get a free service in 6 weeks (as the bike has already had lots of bashes!). I expect we'll get lots of fun out of this bike (then probably be back at Fudges to part-exchange when it's outgrown). We are so grateful to everyone at Fudges 🙂

I’m a new Chiswick resident and needed a bike for around town. I bought a Ridgeback Avineda 7 from the team. From the moment I walked in, they were so helpful, fitted me, asked about all of my needs and gave me great service. The team is very informative, super helpful and let me ask a lot of of questions. They told me to pop in anytime I need anything! Amazing local experience will be buying a second and third bike from them very shortly.

Genuine people offering an amazing service. I thought I had a punctured tyre, and I went to replace it (looking to spend about £45 per tyre). I went in prepared to pay this. The guy took one look at my tyre and said that what I needed was a new inner tube, not a whole new tyre. I ended up spending a lot less, paying only for what I needed. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I have bought two bikes from them over the last 5 years from them - each time they helped me get the right bike for what I needed, and the after service is exceptional and really good value. Friendly staff who know what they are doing. Nice banter. Nothing is too much trouble. Compared to other bike shops in W4, streets ahead.

Best LBS I've been able to find by a mile (and I do a lot of bike riding!). I drive over from Shepherds Bush now after being a Chiswick local. Honest, fair and always full of useful information. Last 2 times I've been in to see them they fixed things on the day I brought it in, never been more than a couple of days otherwise. Thanks boys!

This morning cycling down Chiswick High Road at 7:15am I got a puncture. I was close by the institution that is Fudge Cycles. I arrived at 7:30, exactly the same time the staff arrived. I know the shop doesn’t open until 8am and I’d of been prepared to wait. However I have a huge thanks and appreciation for Billy the store manager, who, realising I was mid commute invited me in and immediately replaced my tyre and tube. On a corporate level this builds great brand loyalty but more over on a human level I really appreciate him helping me before the shop was open. I am also in retail and I respect how I was treated. Thank you Billy.
