The practice has been fantastic with treating ongoing issues for me and having the combination of chiropractic and massage treatments has made everything improve so much quicker than I’d hoped. Everyone at the practice from the reception staff through to the practitioners make the experience great - they’re unbelievable helpful and show so much passion for helping their clients

Having moved from another city where I had chiropractic treatments for several years to here in Eastbourne. The new visits have been almost seamless. There was a gap between treatments but now I am back in maintenance and only need adjustments once a month. Lushingtons practice is well organised and the team are brilliant at what they do. Would recommend to anyone who has back issues and need a good chiropractic team.

I am someone who finds anything vaguely medical very daunting and anxiety inducing. I am also someone who has quite severe scoliosis, and hiding from the problem wasn’t making it any better. I chose Lushington Chiropractic because it seemed like a professional place that would take my concerns seriously, and they did not disappoint. James and the rest of the team were very hospitable, and in my consultation, James asked many questions, and listened to my responses carefully. They then had an internal meeting to discuss options for how best to provide treatment and care for me, and we have put together a measurable and progressive plan for the rehabilitation and care of my back. It feels great to be taking charge of my wellbeing and I feel safe in the hands of Lushington Chiropractic. I would certainly recommend!

I’m approaching 49, and in a bad place due to ignoring my heath issues for so long. I’m thankfully feeling better since visiting Lushington Chiropractic. James’ professional approach works so well. I find him very motivating as he blends holistic assessments, coaching, and reviews, with some incredible chiropractic treatment. I’m planning on booking in some massages and acupuncture from the team in between chiro appointments to give myself some much needed self care.

Unfortunately my first impressions are not that good. On my first three visits I was kept waiting between 15 and 20 minutes. X ray not much use as my lower back, (my problem area) was not visible.
Further to this first review, I’m pleased to say that after several more visits and being able to talk through and resolve my issues with James, I am a lot happier.

Having pulled a muscle in my back I could barely walk without a walking stick.
I made it in to lushington chiropractics and James and Louise (separately) looked after me for each appointment
It took 6 visits before I had complete mobility but the improvement was incremental.
Both James and Louise were easy to deal with, the each appointment was not too long.
The free seminar on freeing up the back (exercises) was very useful and will be vital to regain strength in my back
I would definately recommend using their services if you have a similar need

From the moment I walked in with acute pain in my lower back, pain in my left knee and right hip - Dr James made me feel like I was in safe hands, A programme of appointments with Dr Luke & a couple of others got me to a stable place with built in reviews. Then a brief short period away when I neglected the exercises and other careless moves set me back. I’m now more committed to regular stretching and strengthening exercise regime. When I first went to them I was convinced that I needed knee and hip replacement ☹️ but maybe with their help I will continue to grow stronger. Thank you 🙏🏼

I have been coming here for over a year. Dr Lizzy has always been absolutely amazing in providing treatment, advice, friendliness, and exercise plans to help my pain management. It's always been easy to get an appointment with her.
Unfortunately, the negative I would give is pricing. In the year I've been coming the prices have increased twice to now what I would say is a very high cost for a 15 minute session which has caused me to seek treatment elsewhere. I understand costs are increasing for everyone, but the pro-rata hourly rate is now on par with a top level lawyer! I do also feel they should inform their clients of price increases rather than just finding out at the reception when it's time to pay.
In summary; knowledge, treatment and care is impeccable. Pricing and lack of transparency not so great.

I’m glad you’ve found her treatment, advice, friendliness and exercise plans “amazing”. It’s also great you find it easy to get appointments with her and that her treatment, care and knowledge is impeccable.
You’ve also shared your frustration with the recent £3 price increase.
I understand any change can be frustrating but they are essential to keep up with the times.
I also need to correct your comments as they're factually incorrect.
1) Firstly, our fees are much lower than local chiropractors and osteopaths (£5/session less than Compelte Health and £8/session less than Mark Walsh Osteopaths).
2) We rarely change our fees. The last increase was well over a year ago (never twice in a year).
3) We’ve keep the fees as low as possible. We offer further discounts on our fees for special groups like carers, service personal, children and people who pay in advance.

I have regularly been attending Lushington Chiropractors for 2+ years. Started off as twice weekly appointments and got me mobile and less dependant on pain relief. I have now joined the wellness club and visit monthly as a maintenance program. Professional practice and very friendly. I have also used the chiropodist and this was also very good. I am yet to try a massage but that is next on my list! I will continue to use the services Lushington offers and would fully recommend to everyone. I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived.

I have visited Lushington Chiropractic for various reasons and seen a few chiropractors as well as a massage therapist. Always made to feel welcome and l have always valued their expertise, professionalism and advice. On occasion though, some visits have only lasted 15 minutes - but l have to trust that this is still beneficial.
Dr Emma Johnson is a marvel! She treats my tight glutes and hip flexors and offers support and encouragement for ongoing care options. Highly recommend her!
