This is my experience over 6+ months. I went to this clinic for a few issues. They are very friendly and helpful. I got the package deal. Moved quickly from once a week to once every 2-3 weeks. When I did that I was told to be careful because if I leave it for too long they might need to take stronger/aggressive measures, as it would have undone the work they did and would need to restart or something. Pretty much every session was the exact same routine. When they said that to me I got suspicious. So I finished my package. One of my last sessions was with their massage therapist. She is good, she gave me useful information.
I then moved on to other specialist massage therapists (not in this clinic). One of them explained the reason there is stress on my lower back, the fix was so simple and it worked!! The other therapist also explained my pain and sorted it out for me. So obviously I question why is it that extreme measured would have needed to be taken if I stopped going to the clinic every two weeks …… either way, each person should do what they want, but I thought it’s important that I share this. And it’s important to go to other specialists and seek simpler solutions.
