Received our late evening Freezer rental from driver Jon who was great to deal with, put the trailer exactly where we needed it and had it cooling for us right away.
Every time we call even overnight they always answer, truly 24/7 and provide amazing service.
Delivery went smoothly and the trailer was absolutely perfect for our needs. I will definitely contact Chillout again if I need a refrigerator trailer on site

Hi Michele, thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! We’re so happy that the trailer met your needs and that everything went perfectly. Knowing you'd choose us again really made our day. We'll be ready if you need us in the future!
Thank you for Justin and his staff for a smooth rental process. Another company cancelled on us last minute and the saved us last minute. Very happy
Highly recommend! Our company has been working with Chill Out Rentals for our temporary cooler needs since 2015 and they’ve always provided an amazing level of service and reliable units.
Called during an emergency when our walk-in freezer broke down, and they were able to deliver a unit the same day. Thank you to Justin and David!
Everything was handled professionally from the initial quote through delivery. We always felt informed and taken care of.
Chill Out Rentals provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, and their team was responsive and easy to communicate with. The equipment was clean, well-maintained, and delivered right on time, which made everything stress-free.
Professional delivery. The driver spotted the unit exactly where we needed it for our crew to access it easily.
If your business ever needs temporary refrigerated storage — whether for overflow inventory, emergency backup, or operational flexibility — I would strongly recommend Chill Out Rentals. The equipment is excellent, the service is professional, and the entire process is handled with a level of efficiency that is hard to find.
Our organization recently worked with Chill Out Rentals to secure temporary refrigerated storage during a critical period when our existing cold storage capacity was under pressure. From the first point of contact through delivery and operation, the entire experience was extremely professional and efficient. Thank you
We needed a temporary cooler for climate-sensitive materials during a HVAC upgrade. The unit arrived spotless and the technician provided a thorough safety briefing. It’s a specialized piece of equipment that fits into a standard footprint, making it ideal for our compact loading bay area. Superior to any other rental fleet we’ve used.
Perfect for tight spaces where a full-size reefer won't fit. We hand-loaded our excess inventory and it worked flawlessly.
