I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nathan Bell in the Parts Department for his outstanding customer service. I called looking for a replacement exterior access door for my camper’s water heater. Since I wasn’t certain about the dimensions, Nathan quickly researched the part and sent me a photo to confirm it was the correct one. He even responded to my text messages after hours to make sure I had exactly the right replacement door. Nathan’s professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made what could have been a frustrating process incredibly easy. His excellent customer service went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his help.

I am writing this review to help offset the one star reviews that you are getting based off of a Youtube video. I do not know the whole story and I do not believe it is fair to write a review to hurt any business when I do not have first hand knowledge of a situation.

My wife and I have owned a few different campers in the past, and have worked with other dealerships during the process of buying those campers. The other dealers do not compare to the level of care that you will find at Cheyenne Camping Center. We recently just bought our second one through the dealership, and were gracious enough to be able to work with John, as we did seven years ago when we first joined the Cheyenne family. We highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new camper give everyone a try at Cheyenne first!

Amazing! Bought two travel trailers and both experiences were great! I just ordered some small parts and that experience also seamless and super easy. Nate was so helpful!!!!! Via text we sent a few pics and messages back and forth and voilà, new parts on the way. Thank you Nate and thank you Cheyenne. If we get another trailer it would definitely be here and I would never hesitate to do so; customer service is second to none! 5 ⭐️

Drove up from Texas developed a problem with our trailer pedestal. In a matter of minutes Nick ( the service manager) fixed it and we were on our way.

Parts and Service very helpful getting me in and fixed up with a warranty fix and dewinterized with my camper. They got me a great referral to help get an install a trailer brake from another local business. They got me in and out and on the road. They install a ductless stove vent and covers for my ceiling vents. They help make sure I was safe on the road with my truck and camper. Thank you to the awesome crew at Cheyenne. Erin, Casey, Roy, Mike, Nick ,Vanessa if I'm missing one I'm sorry. I will highly recommend them.

I was traveling I-80 pulling my camper when I had problems with my jack. I stopped in for help, Nick was able to get me back on the road quickly with little expenses. I would highly recommend him for service.

We had a second window on our camper shatter unexpectedly. Although it was out of warranty, Nick and Vanessa did an outstanding job of working with manufacturer and vendor on getting us a new window installed at no cost. Greatly appreciate the above and beyond support!

These guys are great! We were on the road in our RV with an AC problem. Vanessa got us in quickly and the technician found nothing wrong beyond a minor problem with a switch. A less scrupulous business might have taken advantage and charged us for unnecessary work. The folks at Cheyenne are kind, honest and efficient. Highly recommend!

If Google allowed 10-Stars, Cheyenne Camping Center would get them all! It all started with my search for my first RV, which I eventually narrowed down to either a Wolf Pup 16BHS or 16FQ. I found a used Wolf Pup 16BHS, a 2019 if I recall correctly, at a RV dealer near me, the local Camping World in Forest Lake, MN. I stopped in to check it out, as I had not seen one in person yet. The salesperson took me out to see it and the high-pressure, used car salesman routine started. The price was already high, somewhere around $19K, but then they added a prep fee, a doc fee and I think there were a few more fees. A finance manager came into the office, a sales manager also, they all tried to get me to fill out a finance application. I left. I continued my search and found a new 2025 Wolf Pup 16FQ Black Label at AC Nielsen in Shakopee, MN. Through email I worked out a deal and I was sent a purchase agreement. When I told the salesperson that I was going to get my own financing I was told the price quoted was if I financed through them. Curious, I asked for an updated purchase agreement so I could send it to my bank. It was over $1K more. There were also added fees. While I continued my search I was also watching every YouTube video on the Wolf Pups that I could find. I came across a video of a technician named Dave at Cheyenne Camping Center in Walcott, IA doing a complete customer delivery review of a Wolf Pup. I checked out their website and found a 2026 Wolf Pup 16BHS Black Label for $20,699 and they stated no hidden fees. I emailed Cheyenne and worked with Matt in Sales. I decided to purchase this. Cheyenne Camping Center is 300 miles from the Twin Cities and I needed a few days to get a bank check from my credit union. I confirmed with Matt that if I brought a bank check for $20,699 we could close the deal (I was handling the tax, title and registration myself when I got back home). I scheduled a pickup date with Matt and asked him if I needed to leave a deposit to hold the Wolf Pup. Matt said no, I did not need to make a deposit. As promised, when I drove down to Cheyenne to make the purchase, I gave them a check for the $20,699 and Matt handed me the keys! I also had the opportunity to meet Dave from the video :). I feel bad because I don't recall the name of the technician that actually prepped my unit for delivery and did a very detailed, no rush, customer delivery review. I drove home with my 2026 Wolf Pup 16BHS Black Label. The Parts Manager, Erin, has been very helpful too. I needed something and she took care of it right away and got it shipped up to me. I had some work I needed to wanted to get done on the Wolf Pup before the camping season got into full-swing. I wanted Cheyenne to handle it because they have my absolute trust. I arranged with Nick and Vanessa in the service department to get the service done while I waited so I could take the Wolf Pup on it's maiden camping trip and overnight close by so I could be at Cheyenne first thing in the morning. I confirmed the details with Nick the Friday before the scheduled service and I arrived first thing Monday morning. I met Nick and we chatted for a bit and then he took the Wolf Pup right into the shop. A few hours later everything was done as promised. Roy was the technician that did the work. Roy gave a detailed review of the work that was completed. Roy also did a review of the winterization and dewinterization of the water system, as this would be the first time I would be doing it and I didn't remember the process that was shown to me when I bought the Wolf Pup. It was worth making the trip to Cheyenne Camping Center when I bought the Wolf Pup and it was worth the trip to have them perform the work I wanted to get done. I highly recommend Cheyenne Camping Center to anyone and everyone looking for their next or first RV. I know where my next RV is coming from!

My wife and I purchased our second Camper/Toyhauler from the folks at Cheyenne Camping Center. We purchased a used unit from Woodland Airstream in 2025. Not only was the unit priced right, It was extremely clean as well. We have been very pleased with it. In addition with a couple little things did come up they took care of them, no problem and had us in and out while we were on the road for service. I would highly recommend them and we’ll definitely look to them in the future when purchasing an RV.

I live in my camper and recently had my furnace motor go out. I called almost every dealer in the state and no one had one, or the ability to get one from Suburban. Suburban has it as a special order part that takes weeks to get. The next day I got a call back from Cheyenne and the woman in the parts department (forgive me for forgetting her name) said she was looking around and saw an old used one that said it was tested and working. She said I could take the whole thing for parts, or just try and install that one. She gave me a fantastic price and it worked great! I couldn’t be happier about how much they actually cared and they definitely went the extra mile. I wish I had bought my camper from them and definitely will if I buy one again. Great people and great service!!
