I am so late getting this review done but we were on our way back from the West Coast IMSA events with our team merch trailer, when our tire blew out right before the exit to I-80 truck stop. We were able to get off the highway and make it to their parking lot where their staff instantly sprang into action (even though it was about 5 min to close). They brought out jacks and had the trailer up and the spare tire changed liked a true pit stop crew. Thank you so much for the extra effort. AO Racing #77 & 99

Phillip, thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that while we do install trailer hitches, most of our customers already have a receiver hitch on their tow vehicle. In those cases, we're installing the weight distribution hitch and sway control components that are part of the RV purchase. Our service department primarily performs hitch installations for customers purchasing RVs from us, and we do not stock vehicle receiver hitches or operate as a general hitch installation shop.

After your initial inquiry, we reached out to let you know we could help with your installation. At that point, you let us know you had decided to complete the installation yourself. We understand that our services may not always be the right fit for everyone's needs, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our policies. We wish you the best with your project.

We were travelling with our fifth wheel when one of the wheels decided it wanted to take a detour off into a field. Luckily we were only a mile and a half away from the next exit, and Cheyenne Camping Center was right there. We were able to limp it to the service center. After explaining our situation to the service manager Nick Teachout, he went above and beyond to do everything he could to help us out. Because it was early afternoon, we decided to get a hotel for the night and see if they could get it done the next day, which was a stretch. It was a holiday week and they were short staffed and backed up already. I kind of assumed we would have to head home the next day and come back to pick it up whenever it got done. About an hour later, I got a call from Nick. He told me they got it in the shop and were able to source the parts needed. He told me two of his techs were willing to stay late and knock it out so we could get back on the road. That level of customer service is 100% unheard of any more. You wouldn't get anything near that level of service from any other dealer. I can't even explain to you how appreciative my family and I are. Especially because it was my youngest son's 9th birthday, and the last thing he wanted to do is be broke down on the side of the interstate. Nick and team, thank you so much. You guys are true class acts and I will go out of my way to return for any parts or service needed.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nathan Bell in the Parts Department for his outstanding customer service. I called looking for a replacement exterior access door for my camper’s water heater. Since I wasn’t certain about the dimensions, Nathan quickly researched the part and sent me a photo to confirm it was the correct one. He even responded to my text messages after hours to make sure I had exactly the right replacement door. Nathan’s professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made what could have been a frustrating process incredibly easy. His excellent customer service went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his help.

My wife and I have owned a few different campers in the past, and have worked with other dealerships during the process of buying those campers. The other dealers do not compare to the level of care that you will find at Cheyenne Camping Center. We recently just bought our second one through the dealership, and were gracious enough to be able to work with John, as we did seven years ago when we first joined the Cheyenne family. We highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new camper give everyone a try at Cheyenne first!

Parts and Service very helpful getting me in and fixed up with a warranty fix and dewinterized with my camper. They got me a great referral to help get an install a trailer brake from another local business. They got me in and out and on the road. They install a ductless stove vent and covers for my ceiling vents. They help make sure I was safe on the road with my truck and camper. Thank you to the awesome crew at Cheyenne. Erin, Casey, Roy, Mike, Nick ,Vanessa if I'm missing one I'm sorry. I will highly recommend them.
