Chef Francesco created one of the most special meals we've ever had — right in our own home. When we walked in, the table was beautifully set, the food was prepped, and the evening felt instantly elevated. Every course was thoughtful, fresh, and delicious: from a farro salad and zucchini tart to handmade tagliatelle with ragu, sous vide chicken with asparagus crema, and a rich chocolate custard to finish. He made the pasta fresh that morning (!), handled everything from cooking to dishes, and somehow balanced being present and engaging with giving us privacy. It was intimate, easy, and genuinely delicious. If you're looking to do something special at home — this is the way.

We absolutely LOVED our dinner with Chef Amenta!! He made such a delicious birthday dinner for my husband with home made pizza, home made tagliatelle bolognese, branzino, crunchy potatoes, salad, tiramisu and chocolate mousse. Chef Amenta was wonderful to work with from our planning call to create the menu, to the cooking process where our family had so much fun watching him cook, to serving the meal and cleanup. Francesco’s pasta making class was absolutely magical! We were running 30 minutes late but he was super understanding and patient with us. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and never hesitated to answer any questions. Overall super fun class and would definitely book for another meal!

This is my first cooking class ever, and I really enjoyed it. Don’t be scared if you’re a first timer, Francesco will teach you all the things you need to do and need to know to make a really good italian dishes. So I chose to make a tagliatelle, and I really loved the recipe. We made the pasta fresh, and cooked the bolognese fresh as well. Francesco is also really knowledgeable, you can ask him about any cuisines, and he would be glad to answer all your questions. He also gave me a nice banana cake and some good drinks, would definitely come back here!

This class was the gem in our NYC trip! Francesco’s expertise with pasta was amazing, and we so appreciated the care and attention to detail. He goes out of his way to accommodate, and has great stories about the process of cooking. It was a special evening for reuniting with my mom, sister and niece to create cherished memories. We had the best time at Francesco’s pasta making class! First, we accidentally got the time wrong and showed up 30 minutes early, but Francesco was nothing but kind and welcoming and started the class early for us. He is incredible knowledgeable about not only pasta, but most traditional Italian cuisine, and he happily answered all of my girlfriend’s questions. He was incredibly kind and such a gracious host — it made the experience so special. The pasta was obviously incredible; we honestly couldn’t believe we had made it ourselves. We definitely feel able to do it on our own now, but want to come back and take the rest of Francesco’s classes ASAP! Thanks again Francesco for such a lovely day!!
