We apologize that Dr. Dillon's approach to health did not meet your expectations. As to being late to the Discovery Call, we inform our perspective clients that Dr. Dillon may run behind due to the needs of our current patient load and the flow of patients for the day. We try our best, if a physician is running behind schedule, to notify those expecting a call that they may be late. Our apologies if this did not happen for you.

The purpose of the Discovery Call is for those interested in our services to find out directly from the physician how they practice and their approach and to health care. The call also allows them to find out a bit about a person's individual concerns so that the physician can be sure they can meet those needs. While Dr. Dillon does request an optional $15 dollar fee for the Discovery Call it is much better to have spent so little compared to an initial visit and find out that she is not the right fit for you.

While many people cannot raise their Vitamin D levels adequately at all times of the year through sun exposure we are we are glad to hear that your Vitamin D levels have come up. At the practice our physicians do make recommendations for things to increase our patient's health outcomes and many of those things are not easily obtainable through diet and lifestyle choices alone.

We are glad to hear of how well you have improved your health and we wish you all the best on your health journey.
