Meine Namenskollegin Sandra Meyer hat mich gerettet. Eine nicht so kompetente Akustikerin an unserem Wohnort hat das Kabel aus dem Ohreinsatz meines Hörgerätes abgerissen, Sandra hat es gewechselt und auch den ausgerissenen Kunststoff Adapter wieder geklebt. Die eineinhalb Stunden Anfahrt haben sich gelohnt. Vielen Dank!

Thanks for your review! We’re really happy to hear you’re enjoying your hearing aids. We understand it can be disappointing that insurance isn’t included, but unfortunately, we don’t offer it directly. However, it is possible to insure them privately if you wish. On our side, we provided the optional 2-year extended warranty, so your hearing aids are covered for a total of 5 years, which offers solid protection.

Friendly and helpful service from Rutger regarding diagnosis of problem with my broken hearing aid which could not be repaired ( which was bought elsewhere) Less 1 star due to relative high rental cost of temporary replacement decided by his supervisor/management. I have had free temporary aids before at other establishments while being repaired or testing new devices, so I assume there is a minimal cost impact to the shop, but I would have been happy to pay a reasonable sum and returnable deposit. Perhaps this policy could be reviewed.

i have been sitting in the garage for a few hours and crying.i listen to music how i have neglected myself this past year doctors hearing aids everything. why am i crying i had my hearing aids adjusted yesterday. a world has opened up for my hearing. i hear normal high low tones again i hear the nuance in the music. me i hear people talking again. this past year i have only tried to say yes and no in a conversation in time. here for my apologies to everyone especially to NF sorry. it will make life more pleasant again. i hear distinction again. new life new chances. family friends NF i love you all . happy grumpy.

I visited Akustik yesterday to try to resolve some problems I had with my hearing aids,. They had been supplied by another company which for whatever reason was unable to resolve the issue. After searching online for other local companies and reading reviews, it was clear that Akustik was highly rated. I was attended to by Jorge in spacious premises with courtesy and above all professionalism. My problems were resolved, and I have now arranged to have the free hearing test to ascertain if my hearing aids are still configured correctly for my hearing needs. If any adjustments are necessary, I would use Akustik to make the necessary changes and indeed anything that is required in the future.
