They give great service, are very professional, and very knowledgeable about all things insurance related. I have also learned a lot from them over the years, and continue too, which is nice. We work mostly with Joe and Emily, I can't say enough nice things about them.

I called to clarify some coverage on my Homeowners Policy. Kyra offered to research the question and emailed me back quickly with a summary and the policy documentation. It was great to have a person to contact and she was very responsive. Good company!

Can't recommend this group highly enough. I was hesitant to contact an "agency" thinking I could do better on my own finding more desirable Auto & Homeowners policies. The only mistake I made was not contacting Kyra at CJIA first; It was a pleasure to deal with her and I ended up saving a lot of money !

I cannot say enough about Kate P. and her assistance with getting some claims straightened out with Amerihealth. She spent a lot of time on phone with them over a period of a week and stayed in regular contact with me until she got everything resolved. She has helped me in the past with other issues and always answers my many questions. Thank you Kate!

Hi Timothy - We’re sorry you had a frustrating experience. The cancellation and refund are being handled by the insurance carrier due to the discovery of the underground oil tank. While we don’t control their timeline, rest assured your refund is being processed. We’re here to help however we can in the meantime.
The company has very dedicated people who are both knowledgeable and quick to respond. I have worked with many insurance companies in the past but none are as capable and thorough as Central Jersey Insurance Associates
