Had a nail in the tyre and after visiting three tyre shops in the area that were closing and couldn’t help, someone said, try Cavalo. So I did. Even though I had never been there before, they were happy to help. They even gave me a bottle of water and a tour of the place. A huge thanks to Burak and the team for getting me back on the road!

Left my car in the hands of Paul Tran and never looked back. Paul previously assisted my wife with our vehicle purchase, and although I’ve always had my servicing done at Mercedes, I decided to give Cavalo a go — and I’m glad I did.
The service was incredibly smooth. Communication was sharp and timely throughout the day, and Paul kept me updated at every step. My tyres were also close to worn, and sourcing replacements for my car’s specific fitment is notoriously difficult. Yet Paul managed to arrange the replacement with ease and even secured an exceptional price.
From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. I’m sure there was plenty happening behind the scenes, but Paul made it feel effortless, ensuring I got exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it.
Definitely recommended — once again.

I recently visited the Cavalo Service Department and was genuinely impressed. Enjoying a coffee in the café while looking through to the spotless workshop created a great first impression—it’s a well-designed space that feels warm, modern, and inviting.
I brought in my 2020 BMW X3, but the way I was treated made me feel like I’d arrived in a Lamborghini The team was professional, friendly, and attentive from start to finish.
Overall, the experience was smooth, comfortable, and far above the usual service standard. Cavalo has built something special here, and I’m more than happy to recommend them.

Exceptional Same-Day Car Service & Tyre Replacement. My 2 front tyres were in dire need of attention and was replaced on the same day, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Special thanks to Paul and the team for their professional, efficient, and clear commitment to quality.
They walked me through the service checklist, explained the tyre options without any upselling pressure, and got straight to work.
The turnaround time was surprisingly quick—despite the double job, I had my car back within a few hours.
They even gave the interior a quick clean and wash, which was a nice touch.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, service without compromising on quality. Will definitely be returning for future maintenance!

What a fantastic company to get my car serviced. Friendly staff meticulously clean work shop and done in time within the price line we had discussed. My car was washed and cleaned inside as well and I was even given a loan car for the day, I would recommend the Cavalo service team to anyone no matter what car you drive
