Tout s’est parfaitement bien passé, avec un service très sympathique, professionnel et sérieux. Très bon service de location de voiture et très arrangeant. Nous avons pu louer une voiture propre et fonctionnelle pendant 9 jours en road trip au Maroc. Au départ comme au retour, il a été possible de convenir d'un lieu pour récupérer et rendre la voiture ce qui a grandement facilité les déplacements. Merci 🙏

Absolutely useless customer service. We spent two months trying to book a car and were repeatedly told it was “too early” and to call back closer to our trip. We did exactly what they told us, only to be told there were no cars available. Instead of taking a reservation when they had the chance, they just kept sending us in circles until it was too late. To top it off, the person on the phone was rude, kept interrupting us, and couldn’t care less about helping. If you value your time, book somewhere else.

We’re sorry you feel this way, but no reservation was ever confirmed, and no payment was made. Our team clearly explained that availability could only be confirmed closer to your travel dates.
When you contacted us again, unfortunately, no vehicles were available. Our support team tried to explain this, but the conversation became disrespectful and difficult to continue. We cannot guarantee or provide a vehicle without an official confirmed booking.
We always aim to help our customers respectfully, and we expect the same respectful communication in return.

Agenzia di noleggio auto seria e affidabile. Risposte immediate sia per la stipula del contratto (velocissimo) che durante il periodo di utilizzo dell' auto. Gentilissimi e a prezzi imbattibili, anche senza deposito con carta di credito. Io ho preso una Renault Kardian a Fes e l' ho riconsegnata a Casablanca 10 giorni dopo. Auto perfetta e praticamente nuova. Grazie. La prossima volta mi rivolgerò di nuovo a loro.

We had a good experience with Marhire. They gave us brand new car with only 1500kms. Pickup and drop off were in the locations that we wanted, so they really brought the car close to our riad. We took the car in Fes and dropped off in Marrakech. Everything worked well. I would hire from them again.

We rented out a car for a week. We took it in Fes and dropped it off in Casablanca. The fees and costs were transparant and by paying extra an 40e we did not need to leave the deposit. The car was pretty much brand new and was really nice. Even when we had troubles with the car the company found the solution fast. So overall great place to rent a car!

Very good value for money and zero deposit. Fantastic service...I booked it for 3 days but for some unforeseen circumstances I had to drop the vehicle before and late at night. Very cooperative and prompt service. Definitely will rent again.....quick reply and friendly service.

We booked one night before, and had lots of questions but their whatsapp Service was excellent!! even at 11 pm! That's why we decided to renta with them; the next day we got a Brand New car!! Lucky us we got to add the second thousand km to the history of adventures of this car. The service and friendliness of the owners is amazing and will definitely book with them again and recommend them. It's a small company and from morocco so a great way to support local bussines!
