Michelle and Statzi are angels on Earth! After losing my mom to cancer and my dads sudden progression of his Alzheimer’s/Dementia. I returned home to Texas from Virginia while my husband was deployed for 9 months to care for dad and help him move, sell the house, and his furniture. Over time, dads needs were growing faster than we could get him moved and I knew I needed help. I called several places, but Caring Senior Service was the only company that answered their phone and took the time to answer all my questions. They immediately got me set up with their office manager, Statzi. Statzi immediately set up an appointment and assessed our needs holistically for both my dad and myself, to help in every way possible. The ease of communication between her, the caregiver Michelle, and myself was so appreciated. I especially liked that the communication was very thorough with follow ups and follow throughs when I had changes or needs. I was always included. Michelle was absolutely like having another family member there to help. She went above and beyond to meet my dad with what activities he liked to do, which consisted of doing yard work outside.. Michelle was more than happy to roll up her sleeves and help while keeping him hydrated. The house was always spotless, dads groceries were always restocked, and she took him to appointments in town when I was working. I especially appreciated when she would always make sure the sheets were clean, the bathroom towels were washed, and everything was ready to use for visitors in the guest room when anyone would stay for the weekends. Again, she didn’t have to do that, but the passion for her work and her caring demeanor for my father and our whole family was felt. Thank you Michelle! My entire family appreciates you all from the bottom of our hearts for the work you did for us. Words cannot even express the blessing you were during this difficult time of transition. I really appreciated that you also took care of me by supporting me through this process. I highly recommend this company, they genuinely care about your entire family and will go above and beyond to make it happen! Thank you ❤️

I have used this company for two years now and I will continue to use them! I needed someone to help take care of my mom while I went out of town and Stauzi has come through for me everytime! She had Alexis and Abby come help my mom this time and they were great! My mom talked about what a great job they did! I feel so comfortable with whoever Stauzi sends. She has a great team! This is a great company and I recommend them.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We weren't expecting to need private Senior care for our Mother so our need was urgent. I panicked and reached out to Stautzi, not knowing what to expect. Not only did Stautzi respond immediately, she came to my office to meet me in person to make sure she learned everything about our Mother and our unique circumstance. She had someone placed with our Mother on that very same day. Since then, Stautzi and her team of caregivers have been an absolute blessing. These folks genuinely care about Senior care and have the utmost respect for the family and most importantly, the Senior in their care. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Great support and really caring provider. They look at the whole person and work within their disability to give them support they need to assist their independent living.

We have been so lucky to have the stellar Caring Senior Services help us with our aging parents' care. Specifically, Stautzi and Ramyra (and her girls) have been at my parents' side at a moments notice and treated my father with dignity and respect for his last year with us. Their team joined our family at a critical time and providing us much needed peace of mind. They have been consistent, compassionate , responsive, and have provided the very best and loving care.

Caring Senior Service has worked overtime to ensure I get the personal care and home maintenance I need with a smile. When my caregiver was unable to come twice, a staff member came to assist me. The caregivers are pleasent and a pleasure to have in my home.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Stautzie is phenomenal supervisor - always there for us when we needed extra caregiver hours. Michelle and Kaci were wonderful companions to wife - helping her through bathing/dressing process. Couldn't ask for better service all around.

Caring Senior Services have been a saving grace for my elderly parents. I am a Nurse Practitioner and am hypersensitive to my family's healthcare. They have checked every box for professionalism, responsiveness, attentiveness, and health care needs. I highly recommend their services! My parents can age in their home and I am secure in the knowledge that they are receiving high quality care.

We needed help for our parents and found this great, responsive, and caring company. Stautzi and Dru listened to our concerns about the day to day living that our parents needed assistance with and wrote a care plan that is effective and adjustable. We have been with them for a year and I have to say that everyone from top to bottom have been resourceful, responsive, and patient with our concerns and needs for our parents. If you are looking for a professional team for in-home care for a loved one, this is the company. We did our research and it paid off. I can’t say enough about them. Highly recommend!
