The staff was amazing. Honestly everyone exceeded expectations. They were caring, knowledgeable and integrated seamlessly with hospice staff. One phone call and I had help within the hour. The most challenging situation I had ever faced and they made it bearable. Their presence freed me to be there for my husband and children. I absolutely recommend them.

It has taken me over 4 months to write this review. Words cannot express how grateful our family is / was to have Caring Senior Service come in the last month of our grandmother’s life. We moved quickly and were blessed to have the awesome caring and loving Caring Senior Service team come in to help our grandmother. Your top notch customer service, professionalism, speedy service, genuiniess, and smooth set up process was great! Our family is extremely pleased with Caring Senior Service and the full-time caregivers they have assigned to my dad, who has dementia. He has specific needs, and they are always attentive in matching him with caregivers who fit our family requirements. The caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and meet his needs during the time they are at the home.

After my father passed in February 2025, my 86-year-old mother and I faced a tough transition. She was determined to stay in her home, even though I lived in Washington, DC, and she could no longer care for herself alone. Caring Senior Service (CSS) was there for us from the very beginning. Stautzie, the first person I spoke with, was kind, steady, and incredibly supportive through those first uncertain months. She and Ramyra conducted a thoughtful assessment and matched my mother with Jessica, a caregiver who truly understood mom's needs & "feistiness" and worked with us trying to manage mom's household (bills, doctor appointments, broken A/C, etc.). Jessica was exceptional—handling everything from medical appointments and important mail to meals and errands. Throughout, CSS was always available, responsive, and deeply compassionate. The peace of mind they provided was invaluable. After four months of excellent care, my mom unfortunately had a fall (outside of CSS hours), which led to her transition into assisted living with memory care. Even so, we are profoundly grateful to the CSS team. Their dedication and kindness made an incredibly difficult time more manageable, and we recommend them wholeheartedly. A special shout out to Stautzie - a truly compassionate & wonderful human being.

CSS was a Godsend for my mother and our entire family in a time of need. Mom wanted to stay in her home after my dad passed, and all of her children live in different parts of the country. We called Caring Senior Services (CSS) and they responded right away. They came to the house, did a thorough interview, matched a few fabulous care givers with Mom’s personality who took care of her every need and desire. Doctor’s visits, pharmacy runs, exercises, yummy meals, shopping trips and the list goes on... The time and attention they took and the peace of mind they provided our family was priceless. It didn’t matter what time of day I called, someone always answered and was ready to help. I really can’t say enough about this service. Mom’s care givers became like family, and we will forever be grateful to the entire CSS team for allowing Mom’s wish to stay home, come true.

We chose Caring Senior Service when we started looking for a part time, in home care giver. They were quick to evaluate our situation and provide many options for our family. The caring care givers they chose for my dad and how quickly they worked in getting the needed services was an immediate relief for us. We didn't realize the services we did need until speaking with Ms Stautzi. It wasn't too long before that we asked for 12 hour caregiving. They are so accommodating and fixed us right up. The caregivers have been wonderful and so helpful to my family. The communication from everyone here has been the best since day one. Our family highly recommends Caring Senior Services!

Caring seniors has been wonderful for our family. Stauzi was friendly, helpful and quickly matched us with a wonderful, kind and caring gentleman to help my dad a few times a wee. He helps my dad complete his daily exercises, engages my dad in conversation and has made life for my dad, and mom so much better. My family has been using Caring Senior Service for over a year now and we have been very happy with their services they have provided. We started out with just needing assistance 2 times a week 4 hrs each day and was glad we started when we did because within a few months we went to 3 days and then 7 days with 12 hour care. They have worked with us and every care giver we have had has been truly caring and supportive. They have worked with my father’s long term insurance company and helped make that process easy. I would recommend this company if you need assistance with a loved one.

I hired Caring Senior Services a couple of years ago. I use them 48 hours a week for a loved one with severe Alzheimer's. This company has exceeded my expectations. The professionalism, the kindness and compassion they show towards my loved one and myself cannot be topped. I have two regular aids provided by Caring Senior Services that know how to deal with any given situation that Alzheimer's can throw at you. They take care of personal needs for my loved one, they keep the house tidy and prepare meals. The Director of Client Care goes above and beyond for us to make sure our needs are met. I recently trusted Caring Senior Services with taking care of my loved one for 2 weeks 24/7 while I went on respite care. They did a phenomenal job taking care of my loved one while I was out of town. I used several agencies before I found Senior Caring Services, and I must say this is the only dependable one I found in this area. They show up when they are supposed to and do their job with compassion and respect. Without a doubt I trust Caring Senior Services with my loved one’s life, while I am at work or respite care.

The team at Caring Senior Service has been taking care of my mom at home for over a year now. Sometimes, just a few hours a day and other times around the clock. She definitely did not want to go into assisted living or a nursing home. Not only was it a relief to find a service that could take care of my mom at home, but she and Michelle bonded quite quickly.
Stautzi and the entire team have been flexible in accommodating the change in hours needed as the situation changes. Since I don't live nearby, it is reassuring to know that my mom is getting the best care.
If you are looking for in-home care for a loved one, I certainly recommend CSS.

My dad has had in-home caregivers from Caring Senior Services for nearly a year now. They have been professional, flexible, and easy to work with. As his needs have changed, it has been easy to adjust the level of care and the services provided. The scheduling staff is a quick phone call or text away and is quick to respond.
Of course, there have been some hiccups, as one would expect when working with people and changing healthcare needs. But the level of personal, understanding communication has meant that there has never been an issue we haven’t been able to solve. Stautzi and her staff have become friends and colleagues in the continuing work of providing excellent customized care for my father.
