Our experience with Care Heating and AC was positive from the start.
The gentleman who answered my call was courteous and helpful and scheduled us for an appointment within a couple of days. Tom, the service technician, arrived within the scheduled time-frame, was polite, respectful of us and our home, and seemed knowledgeable about the AC systems. He took his time answering our questions and was thorough and efficient at his work.
After trying a number of HVAC companies in the area that ended in disappointment, we are so grateful to have found a locally owned company that has instilled confidence in their technical skill coupled with the added benefits of attention to detail, pleasant professionalism, and no attempt to up-sell. Care Services is hands down the best HVAC contractor in the area. Today is July 3rd. It’s not even noon yet and the “feels like” outside temp is 115°. We woke up this morning and the upstairs of our house was 86°. We called Care Services and had technicians on site within an hour. They were able to diagnose and remedy the issue in short order. This is the second time that I’ve used Care and both times they’ve been prompt, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, honest. Save yourself some heartache and some money by using Care Services. Don’t bother calling anyone else. Your welcome!

Tom was incredibly helpful in getting our dryer vents cleaned. We had a 7:30 am appointment. He showed up on time, took before and after pictures to show us, and was able to answer our questions. Wow. We had such great service today. I recently recovered from cancer and treatments and we wanted to make sure the air quality in our home was not compromised. We contacted Care Services and they showed compassion and concern. The company owner checked our home to determine if services were indicated. 2 weeks later Technicians came out and completed an expected 3 hour cleaning and finished in about 2 hours. The Techs were professional and very personable. We highly recommend the company and will sleep better tonight.
