I had a bit of a frustrating experience initially due to being misinformed about lab testing at the South Beach location, especially since I currently live just one block away from the doctor’s office. I was able to schedule an appointment online for 4:30 p.m., only to find out when I arrived that it was too late in the day to have my labs done. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication, which made the situation stressful. However, Cassandra truly turned the experience around! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding, and she went above and beyond by staying past her shift to assist me. I genuinely appreciate the time and effort she took to help resolve the situation. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were despite the initial confusion. Cassandra’s kindness and dedication made a real difference, and I’m grateful for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Cassandra, for going the extra mile!

⭐ One star. My experience at Care Resource was good until I encountered dental assistant Ana Illias. The doctor was wonderful, and I truly appreciated his care and professionalism. Unfortunately, my interaction with this assistant overshadowed that positive experience. The treatment I received from her was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Her attitude conveyed a sense of superiority that I found completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Most concerning was that, based on what I observed, she did not follow the doctor’s instructions. She acted as though she owned the clinic and could place her own judgment above the directions of the professional responsible for my care. Her behavior was deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, unprofessional. Respect, cooperation, and basic courtesy should be standard in any clinic. The doctor was excellent, but her conduct left a terrible impression. Management should take this feedback seriously and review how she treats people and responds to the doctor’s instructions.

I want to take a moment to recognize Marianela, the dental hygienist at Care Resource, for providing me with an absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment my appointment began, Marianela was polite, kind, patient, and extremely professional. She took the time to explain the procedures and made sure I understood what she was doing every step of the way. Her warm and caring personality immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Marianela performed a thorough high-velocity ultrasonic cleaning, carefully removing buildup and leaving my teeth feeling incredibly clean and refreshed. She then polished my teeth and flossed, paying close attention to detail throughout the entire process. You can truly tell that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the people she serves. When I finished, I walked out feeling so good and confident about my smile! My teeth felt exceptionally clean, smooth, and refreshed. What made the experience even better was receiving lots of compliments on my smile afterward! Marianela is an excellent example of what compassionate, professional dental care should look like. Her knowledge, gentle approach, communication, and attention to detail made a tremendous difference in my experience. This might be the worst doctors office in Florida. They will treat you like a number in their system instead of a person. Need to talk to someone? Too bad. Their phone number takes you to a call center who will relay a message to the office. You will likely never get a response. They will have you schedule and take tests without giving you proper instructions to prepare. When the results arrive, they won’t call you or talk to you about them and what they mean. Need a prescription refill? Good luck. You can submit that through their online portal and just never get a response from your assigned physician. No matter how many times you submit it. On holidays there’s a an on call person who answers the phone and tells you to call back when they’re open. If the physician repeatedly ignores your requests and doesn’t respond you might want to file a complaint: too bad. The center manager will not call you back or respond to your messages. The bottom line, this place is a cattle call. A factory. They don’t care about you. They just want your insurance company’s money. Go anywhere else. Shame on you care resource.
