We needed a railing for our front stairs. I checked out the Big Box stores first. I couldn’t believe how much they were charging and to top it off, zero customer service. So, you’re left standing there trying to figure out what to buy. I then found Winnipeg Deck and Rail online, filled out a request for a quote. Wow, the service was incredible. Every question I sent via email was answered thoroughly and promptly. I did the work myself and the online instructions were very accurate. I am pleased with the service and quality of the product. They also beat the price of the big box stores by a long shot. Highly recommended!

Called them on Tues Morn Nov 12, 2024. Talked with Nhan who was interested in hearing exactly what we needed and gave us a quote right on the phone. Got a call on Nov 13, 2024 that Peter could come down that afternoon and do the smaller job we needed done. Both Nhan and Peter were awesome!
