Thank you very much for the stair railing for our backyard. We love them so much. They look amazing and like they were meant to be there the whole time. It totally finishes the look of the backyard. Also making the stairs safer to go up and down, especially for my aging parents. The quick response from Kyle to figure out what we wanted, to getting them installed with in a week, then having the install done within 2 hours, mess free was amazing. Safe and secure is perfect. I just completed a project with Ottawa Deck and Rail, and I am totally satisfied of the results. I found that the process, from obtaining a quote to the complete installation, was easy, smooth and professional. The tools provided by their website to elaborate specifications was very easy to use. The follow-up calls, for clarifications, shown their desire to provide an excellent service. The installation, started at on agreed time, and done by a person with expertise and experience. The quality material used, and the cost of the project was, in my opinion, very competitive. Ottawa Deck and Rail did an excellent job and I am extremely pleased to have chosen them for my project.

I had a front step rail installed this past week.The service was great, with prompt email communication of: choice of railings styles and colours. Estimates were provided for my choice and a phone call follow up to discuss. I was given a time line for the installation and that it could be earlier. It was earlier and I had a confirmation of date and time. Andrew arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. All was completed on time and warranty etc, explained. I am very happy with the results and the follow up telephone call from Scott. Ottawa Deck and Rail was recommended to me and I am giving them a 5 ***** for excellent work and communication. I would certainly book them again. Price was reasonable as well. Nice having worked WITH them.

This project was a truly great experience from first contact (submission of a request for quote) to completion. Every contact was friendly, informative, and professional. The finished product immediately got the attention of neighbors who came over to inspect and comment on how wonderful it looked. Excellent service provider. I had a very rewarding experience, from start to finish. Their communication was spot-on, efficient, clear, and courteous. I communicated with Kyle, who provided detailed, clear, and professional advice and guidance. The rates were reasonable, and Kyle was very accommodating when I requested a different type of railing half way through our contract, he assisted me and helped bring down my cost. The installer (Alan) was also knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, and the work was completed wonderfully well. Thank you. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called this company to inquire about purchase of new railings for my 1950s concrete front porch and stairs. Scott was able to quote immediately on the phone using street maps. He provided literature and videos to permit me to decide whether to install the railings myself. I also explored big reno store DIY kit options but concluded that I would not save enough to justify that approach, nor was I as confident of the quality of the material. I am handy but there is usually a learning curve and some waste of material. So I went with Ottawa Deck and Rail including installation, which was reasonably priced. Scott waited for me to finish the concrete work, then scheduled the project promptly. The installer was top notch, extremely well organized, fast and tidy. It was interesting to watch him work - subtle economy of motion and of energy. I am very pleased with the entire process, the product and the final result. No hesitation recommending.

The railing was installed perfectly, in a timely manner. It is sturdy and maintenance free. We are very pleased with the installation and service by Ottawa Deck and Rail.
