If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Scott Sanderson at ODR provided the absolute best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Professional and friendly service. Informative. Accommodating. I will definitely recommend ODR to anyone.

We had a terrific experience with Ottawa Deck & Rail. We had a relatively simple railing we wanted installed. Kyle and Gerrit were super quick to respond and go over our options. We actually had a lot of questions despite the simple railing and they were patient and answered all our questions in detail. The quote for the work was very reasonable and install was able to happen quickly. Eduardo took care of us for the install and that was an excellent experience. No stress at any stage of the process. Could not be happier and we will very gladly work with them again.

It was not a big job perhaps, but so well done! For safety and accessibility reasons I needed to install a railing at my front door and a grab bar in the garage. I sent some photos to Ottawa Deck and Rail, got a quick proposal at a reasonable price, which I accepted. The work was done the next week by an excellent and pleasant installer. And the result was far more attractive than I had expected. A very good experience.

We contracted Deck and Rail Ottawa to install railings on our front entranceway and out the kitchen back door onto the deck. Kyle provided us with a quote the next day and were ready to do the installation within a week of being contacted. We couldn't be happier with the end results. The railings look like they have been there since we built the house and not an add on. The installation crew were professional and cleaned up as they went along with the installation. It was such a pleasure to work with Kyle and his crew. We will happily use them again in the future and would highly recommend Deck and Rail Ottawa to anyone looking to add railings or a deck to their home. A pleasure to work with.

I recently had new railings installed by Ottawa Decks & Rails, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and stress-free. Gerrit was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, responsive, and made communication so easy with his quick email replies. It truly felt like we were in great hands throughout the entire process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Alan, who came to our home to provide the estimate. He took the time to answer all of my questions and even left colour samples behind so i could carefully choose the perfect option without feeling rushed. That thoughtful touch was so appreciated! On installation day, the team was incredibly efficient, organized, and professional. The work was completed quickly, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The quality of the railings is outstanding and makes going up the steps feel much safer! I am beyond thrilled with the entire experience and would highly recommend Ottawa Decks & Rails to anyone looking for exceptional service, quality workmanship, and a team that truly cares about their customers. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

I picked this company to replace railings on deck from old warped cedar railings to aluminum. Kyle was very prompt in providing a reasonable quote and always quick to answer my questions via email. The installation by Alan and his team was very well done! All in all a professional and great company to work with. I will hire again to get some basement hand rails installed in the future. What a totally positive experience it was to have Ottawa Deck and Rail design and install our tempered glass and aluminum railing! The initial process is simple and straightforward: provide a picture and a sketch with dimensions. Then leave the rest to Kyle for the quote and, in our case Alan, for the meticulous installation. Fair price and old time service is a winning combination. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The clarity of the communication with Kyle helped me make the decision to go with Ottawa Deck and Rail. The pricing was just right and did not change much even if the first quote was 3 years ago. The installer, Andrew, was clean and efficient. Ottawa Deck and Rail have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the company
