i recently had my front step railings installed bt ottawa deck and rail. the installer who came to my house was one of the best tradesmen i have ever had the pleasure of having in my home. He istalled the railings in under 2 hours and i was very impressed with his workmanship, he was very efficient in his work ethics. when he had finished the railings he also made sure that there was no trace of the cuttings from hos circular saw left on my driveway. I would recomend this company to anyone.

He does not rush the conversation, listening patiently and communicating clearly the costs and process. The speed with which Kyle and his installer, Andrew, set up the work schedule was also impressive. Quickest response time to a job we've ever had. Andrew, the installer, was fantastic. He was polite, and he also consulted with me several times during the installation to ensure he was erecting the railing the way we wanted it. Andrew took real pride in his work, and he went out of his way to return the next day with an extra item necessitated by a slight change of plans.
