Chris and Shari worked with us for an extended period of time both buying and selling. They were professional and kind and offered practical advice at every step. Kim was wonderful to work with! Having someone like Kim who is so knowledgeable and passionate about her field made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. She listened to my husband and I's concerns and thoroughly answered every question we had. She treated us with warmth and caring as we navigated a new area and she offered us expert advice in many aspects of our house buying journey. Her experience and in site helped us on more than one occasion and extended into design and organization ideas, she as such a keen eye for detail. Once we joined forces with Kim it felt like we were added to her team, she was gunning for us through the whole process and always had our back. Working with SHARI was by far the most rewarding experience my wife and I have ever had! When we first began our relocation from Wisconsin to Indiana, we started with an agent who felt similar to those from my previous company relocations. However, we quickly realized we needed to find a new agent. The day we were reassigned, SHARI called my wife within an hour. Given the urgency of our move, she immediately understood our timeline and needs, providing a level of detail and efficiency that matched our situation perfectly. My family traveled to Indianapolis for the customary house-hunting trip provided by my employer. SHARI met us the day we arrived and spent over five hours with my wife and two children—not only showing us homes but helping us understand the area. During this visit, my two children (ages 9 and 13) quickly bonded with SHARI, just as my wife and I did. Throughout the week, we spent more than 12 hours with SHARI, giving us a strong understanding of the area and multiple homes to consider. She was a proactive communicator and always quick to respond to our questions. For anyone looking to buy a home in Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, or anywhere in the greater Indianapolis area, I can confidently say there is no better agent than SHARI DYKES! Shari and Chris are a fantastic team. We relocated from Florida. Our first meeting was a phone call, as I was searching for the right realtor. I knew right away after speaking to Chris, that he and Shari were the right ones.They both bent over backwards for an entire day to fit us into their schedules. When Chris was unavailable, Shari took over. They knew right away what we were looking for an didn't waste one minute on things they knew we would not be interested in. They helped us find the perfect location and the perfect house. Meeting our 24 hour deadline. They handled all transactions while we were in Florida. They went above and beyond helping us transition. Kelly DeSchryver is exceptional at what she does. We needed to find a home fast and she made it happen. I appreciate Kelly most for truly being there for me. She provided answers to questions I didn't know to ask. When communicating with other parties, she advocated for me. She made me feel special. I truly feel that Kelly handled the situation as though I was part of her family. Not once did I feel less than when in her presence. Her communication was always prompt. I never waited more than 24 hours, and generally had a response within an hour or less. Not to mention, she even donated a few sturdy boxes to me. She is so thoughtful! If I am to ever need to use a realtor again, Kelly will always be my first choice!
