☺The apartment was modern - felt very safe. Great location for local restaurants and cafes. A good little supermarket close by. The housekeeping staff were excellent - had clean towels and bed linen every 7 days. Monica was on hand to help with any questions.
☹For me the pool was a little bit small but still nice to have a dip - couldn't find any English channels on TV. But did have Netflix and Prime.

We also appreciate your comment about the TV channels — and you’re absolutely right, not all British channels are currently available. Due to a satellite issue that occurred on April 4th, 2024, some channels (such as Channel 4 and Channel 5) unfortunately stopped broadcasting across the Canary Islands. That said, several others can still be found between channels 700 and 715, and of course, Netflix and Prime Video remain available for streaming.

The hardest part about this trip to Tenerife… was having to leave La Caleta Suites!
From the location to the decor, and the ease of booking to the staff’s friendliness, I was blown away by my stay with Caleta Suites and will definitely be coming back.
Monica was a delight from the very beginning and made the whole process so easy. Whenever we had any questions or inquiries she was so sweet and helpful.
Everything was so luxurious, modern, and clean; yet it all felt so comfortable and I was easily able to slip into vacation mode and forget about all my worries. The views around the whole building of the mountains and ocean are astonishing, especially when hanging out in the chill out zone or pool area.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for a trip to remember! 🤩

Un lugar maravilloso! Nos alojamos en Caleta Suites y la experiencia fue de diez. Todo estaba impecable, muy bien cuidado y con unas vistas espectaculares.

Lovely, clean, well appointed apartments, would return and would recommend to others.
☺I was absolutely amazed by the outstandingly immaculate nature of everywhere in the building; I can't overstate enough how clean and well maintained everything was. Every little touch had been thought through even down to the laundry baskets and the free washing machine with preloaded laundry soap and softener. I had a slight issue at one point where the air conditioning hadn't come on and upon contacting the host it was solved immediately for me. Everything needed for the stay was there, lovely to have underground parking also.
The communal area had a lovely view and was really comfortable with plenty of sunbeds, was never crowded so it felt like an extension of the apartment.
Also a surprise was the large freezer in the laundry room which was full of bags of good quality ice cubes for guests to take and use during their stay- they really had thought of everything.
☹I can't really think of anything bad to say about the property, of course the view from the balcony was mainly of the street (we had a partial sea view) but it was a quiet street and never felt overlooked- plus it was clear from the description of the property what to expect so we weren't expecting a full sea view. I would say if I was being really picky that a larger airer would be nice but they do provide a wonderful laundry room so it wasn't really a hardship.
