Ben and his team are number one. The two blonde scallywag installers really know what they're doing. Very clearly experienced in their respective fields (AV technician and Electrician) Very clean install and cleaned up everything after themselves, I can see a lot of pride in their work. The gothic blonde boy can even do a kickflip on a skateboard while reciting The Stranger by Albert Camus, it was very impressive

I Purchased a Sonoro Ellite, Internet Radio,CD Player from Bespoke and the service was exellent, I did have a problem with the handbook though and I had to download the setup instructions from their UK website. but apart from that it is a good German unit although Im still baffled as to the use of the included white gloves.
