Thee car was great, the price was good and the pick up and drop off was easy. BUT I scored it only 4 stars because I actually chose the company because the had an office in the city so I could get public transport to pick up and drop off. However the city office was not open for either and I got the impression that is rarely or never open so my suggestion would be to let potential customers know when this option is not available.

I was very pleased with the staff, both in the office and outside with assistance to set up the computer display. Also for my 196cm height a quick update to change to a vehicle more suited to my size. The rav 4 was excellent in all areas. Even though I am not fully acquainted with modern bells and whistles it did not take me long to adapt. The rav 4 is an exellent vehicle, easy to drive, and when set up properly almost drives itself. It is very comfortable, quiet and handles very well
on the road. It also has a range I found amazing, and also the price to fill the tank.
After 540 km even with the increase in price I found $66 to fill it up was extremely reasonable. If I had the money I would buy one now
