Burswood Car Rentals is the go-to place for car rentals. The car came clean and everything was done very professionally. I could select the pick up and drop off at the airport and they explain it very clearly on the process (heading to the long term car park). It is very convenient and versus renting at the airport directly and paying almost $200-$300 more, i would say this is a much better value. Definitely will use them again!

Thought I would have received a more fuel efficient car like I received before when I had rented previously. The android auto/ apple carplay did not work properly which really affected the driving and navigation.

Overall a great experience
No option to pick up car from city office (due to staff sickness), spent $25 on uber to pick up and drop off car from burswood.

They were great to work with. They have everything ready for me and an easy way to drop off the car after hours no hassle. They were also very clear with their instructions on what to do. Friendly customer service the lady was very nice.
