A fun and positive environment to work out in! I transferred from Burn Cincinnati- I appreciate that the environment translates from there to here. I have felt very at home at my new Burn home- I am thankful for the friendly faces and positive energy right when you walk in the door! High five!

Burn Boot Camp – Carmel is hands down one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had. The 45-minute workouts are incredibly effective—perfect for getting a serious sweat in without spending hours at the gym. Every session is well-structured, challenging, and efficient.
The trainers are a huge standout. They’re fun, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable, making sure everyone understands the movements while offering modifications for all fitness levels.
What really sets Burn Boot Camp apart is the sense of community. From day one, you’re welcomed and encouraged by both the trainers and other members. Highly recommend! 💪🔥

I started Burn Boot camp two years ago after we moved to Carmel from Michigan and I knew no one. It has been such a blessing to my physical and mental health. I was able to find a community of people again and their childcare made finding the time to work out as I transitioned to becoming a stay at home mom so much easier. I hadn’t worked out consistently since before having kids. Burn is the first type of workout I’ve consistently stuck with for over a year since my teen years. They are great at providing modifications for you as you as you need; I was able to keep working out all throughout my third pregnancy, until the day before my c section this past June. It really is a great spot and they have different packages available depending on how much you want to go/spend.
