He took the time to double-check his work, observe the wasps afterward, and share his findings. I also appreciated his attention to detail, even wearing shoe covers to keep my floors clean. Isaac came out and inspected roof in our strata complex for squirrels activity
I was impressed with his puncuallity and his reporting of findings. We are going to look at moving our monthly strata Pest control to them.
Isaac worked in our yard to deal with rodents. He is experienced, knows the job, shares his knowledge and is a pleasure to work with. A great person to have on the job!
Issac came and inspected the area where a mouse was last seen. He showed me the evidence in some unexpected places that I missed and installed several types of baits in all possible spots it would show up again. Time will tell but his knowledge about it and explanations on what the next steps are have me some degree of relief that expert is handling the situation. Kudos for Issac!
Isaac is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where and what to look for, and will be making recommendations on how to alleviate our mouse problem.

Very disappointed with the billing practices and communication
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with All Green Pest Control. While I have had no issues with the technicians themselves—the technicians who have come to our home have always been friendly, professional, and experienced—my experience with the sales/accounting side has been extremely frustrating.
We signed up for their biannual service contract in late June 2026. Because we joined partway through the year, we were specifically assured that we would pay for the initial service and that the next charge would not be until Spring 2027. The contract also included unlimited follow-up service calls.
Our initial treatment was completed in June, and we subsequently arranged a follow-up treatment for the end of July. I even have the company’s email correspondence in writing confirming that the biannual service would be scheduled for Spring 2027.
Today, however, another technician arrived to perform a service and I was told that we needed to pay again. When I explained that this was not what we had been told and that I had written confirmation from the company, I was told that we had supposedly been informed of this when we signed the contract.
This was extremely frustrating and, quite frankly, upsetting. It is not about the amount of money—it is about honouring what was represented to the customer and keeping the billing consistent with what was confirmed in writing. When a company gives a customer one understanding and later takes a different position regarding payment, it seriously undermines trust.
To make matters worse, a charge was put on our credit card without our authorization. We immediately emailed the company today with the written correspondence showing what had been agreed upon.
We are extremely displeased with Theresa, who was handling this matter. After we sent her the written proof regarding the agreed payment arrangement and the charge placed on our card, she stopped responding to us. We also tried calling her repeatedly throughout the afternoon, but she did not take our calls. When a customer is providing written documentation regarding a disputed charge and trying to resolve the matter, simply not responding is extremely poor customer service.
I am particularly glad that I kept the email correspondence, because I have written documentation confirming what I was told regarding the next billing/service period.
To be clear, I have nothing negative to say about the technicians. My concern is specifically with the sales/accounting and billing practices and the way this issue was handled by the office.
For me, this is a matter of principle. Customers should not have to keep their emails simply to prove what they were told when it comes to charges and contractual services.
Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before signing up for a service contract with this company. Make sure every promise regarding billing, payment dates, and included services is clearly documented in writing, and keep all correspondence. Our experience has left us extremely disappointed and has seriously damaged our trust in the company.

This review is for the tech Isaac. Isaac was prompt, professional, and attentive with his service. I had a lot of questions about carpenter ants and he was able to answer them throughly and patiently. Isaac also took the time to walk through the complex so I could point out all the areas to him. Overall I would definitely recommend Isaac from All Green. Thank you Isaac!
We had an amazing experience with our spring service. Customer service and the technician were both excellent. They double charged us in the fall without completing the two services we initially paid for. The new admin is very difficult to deal with and we had such a hard time booking our service. They booked it, didn’t tell us and just showed up. I had no confirmation email or anything… we are cancelling our service and going elsewhere as we cannot be charged for no reason and have people showing up without confirming a time with us.
We had Isaac come by to inspect our house and set up a plan for rodent-proofing it. He was super communicative with his timeline, which helps with organizing around busy days and I appreciated that a lot. He was extremely knowledgeable and , inspecting every inch of the house. He also explained his findings really clearly, so we knew what we should expect for future planning. We’ll continue to use All Green for our future needs and highly recommend them!
We had Blake come out to do a interior spray. Everything was smooth and no problems. Blake showed up on time, was professional, listened to our concerns, and did a great job.
Service Call For Pavement Ants
Blake was a fabulous technician. He took the time to answer my questions, and educate me about some of the habits of pavement ants that I was unaware of.

Blake was thorough. He explained why random ants were appearing in different rooms of our house and this was not a major cause for alarm. He installed four ant boxes in our property and told us how ants would be attracted to them. He then sprayed the perimeter of our house and showed us what the granules to bait the ants looked like.
Good service with great technicians. Issac is knowledgeable and personable. He is thorough and knowledgeable.
Our technician, Blake, was prompt and very informative. He treated a big void wasps nest and explained everything to us before the process and what to expect afterwards. So far the pests are looking really confused so we hope a good sign!
