I wouldn’t have trusted this renovation with any other contractor. Eugene & his entire crew were great to work with. Exceptional eye for detail & willing to step in with suggestions or advice on materials or plan execution. Great with communicating & excellent with scheduling subs to keep the project moving forward & completion in an incredibly quick turnaround. I absolutely love my new kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, master bathroom & laundry room.

5+ stars for owner Eugene Beily and his crew at American Dream Siding & Decking. Our Hardie Board siding contractor referred Eugene to us when we needed major deck work, which involved our existing waterproof membrane on a large section of our upper deck over a downstairs room, as well as repairing our deck boards and railing. Eugene was patient and thoughtful as we discussed various options to maintain and protect the waterproof membrane and strengthen the structural integrity of our expansive decks on a hillside. He was mindful of our budget and, as a general contractor, identified and repaired another area in our crawlspace. He came up with creative solutions, and he has a great sense of design and style. We ended up replacing our upper deck with Trex composite boards. On the lower deck, his crew replaced most of the redwood boards and repainted the deck, even the wooden joists of the upper deck, for both wood preservation and aesthetic purposes. His crew paid attention to details. He also did the stone facing on our portico. Eugene went above and beyond. He's honest, experienced, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend working with Eugene Beily.

Eugene and his team did a fantastic job on building a beautiful new Trex deck in our backyard. The original deck had not been built to code, and the team identified issues, explained them clearly and brought it all up to code. Couldn't be more satisfied!

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work American Dream Siding & Decking did on our deck project! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They built us a stunning Trex deck with a custom railing, custom lighting, and a custom gate, 12' slider, and new front door - all of which exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and you can tell they take great pride in their work. They maintained daily site cleanup, kept us well-informed throughout the process, and—most impressively—finished on time and on budget. If you’re looking for quality workmanship, excellent communication, and a company that truly delivers on its promises, we highly recommend this team!

Eugene and the team at American Dream have been absolutely exceptional. They are communicative, responsive, timely(!), detailed and highly dedicated to making sure that they go above and beyond. We have been shocked by the astounding level of professionalism from American Dream. American dream does it all! They converted our garage to a den, bath and laundry for us, redid all our siding, did a ton of concrete work for patio and parking, and built enclosed parking for us. All of the work is beautiful and all of it done in a few months. I cannot say enough good things about working with American Dream. Thank you American Dream for giving us our perfect home!

Eugene delivered exactly what he promised with our new custom door to the backyard, and went out of his way to re-do some shoddy previous work. He is prompt and does a great job cleaning up after completing the job. I highly recommend Eugene!

We had quite the project ahead of us. New roof, all new siding, all new windows, full replacement of electrical. So we were expecting some challenges/stress. Luckily we found Eugene and his team! Eugene was with us right from the start. From the Permitting process to the full completion of the project. The work ethic of his team was impressive. They treated our house as if it was their own. I feel I have simple request. Do what you say you are going to do. When Eugene said he was going to be there, he was always there. They did everything he said they were going to do and then some. He even landed us an electrician last minute! And his electrician was impressive (and I have high expectations when it comes to electricians). Eugene regularly walked the project and gave us his insights on what he thought would look best. His knowledge and expertise helped improve on the final product. The quality of the workmanship is evident. Solid. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. We are forever grateful to Eugene and his Team!
