Slowest of the slow Ahhh over a year and still the same ol' same ol' 10 days plus to get anything from these clowns. Literally the easiest job on the planet and you still can't get it right. Maybe you need an East coast location hire some people that care. Like literally shouldn't take 10-11 days for shipping, you're doing it wrong. Literally can't plan anything around receiving from these guys so random everytime. Could be 4 days could be 14. Never been the same twice.

Package didn't arrive... replacement package sent I would like to update an earlier review about a package that was shipped via UPS but never arrived. Though I had to wait 3 weeks for them to know that my package was not going to come, they reached out to me and informed me how sorry they were and that they would be shipping me a replacement package. The next day I received an email saying my package will be on the way and a shipping label has been created again but this time with Canada Post Xpress! So I'm not sure why anyone else who has had the same kind of issue as I did was not taken care of by their support team but I can assure you that they do fix issues and don't just screw people. Now hopefully this package arrives if not I will update my review accordingly.

They used UPS,order never showed as promise, now these fools want me to wait another whole for it. Guess what? they dont refund for shipping costs SURPRISE. Again go elsewhere, these guys need to go out of business.

Shipping takes forever and no new inventory Everytime I go to order a half pound of AAAA they never have the newest strains on their bulk list. Idk if they’re taking too long to fix the inventory online and add it to the list or if it’s a gimmick to get rid of older inventory but I don’t like it. And the fact that it takes Canada post apparently 3 days to pick up and scan the parcel is beyond me. I don’t think these guys send out packages when they say they do . I’ve been ordering off sites for 8 years and this is the only one that stays on shipper created electronic information for 3 days before days before Canada post gets it. These people will always say Canada post takes forever . That’s a lie. I’ve had packages delivered from BC to Ontario in 2 days from other sites. Pick up your fucking slack . I won’t be ordering anymore.

This place is a joke ! These guys got shut down over a year ago by canadian government. Search it in google... And the site was offline 404 error.. for over half year. When they reopened I inquired about an order I paid for and never received due to their business being illegal at the time and closed after a raid. I bought from them for years, spend thousands and the told me... sorry we can't do anything. $330 ORDER GONE! stay away from this clown show and go to your local dispensary. Hope they get shutdown for good. I will be making a report with police and my local up.

I am loyal to this company and thankful I can afford my concentrates Flavours out class most that I find in the dispensaries for five times as much but unfortunately I can’t afford even close to that, the flavour of the Turpines and the quality is A+. The vapour is amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about this company they send me free samples of concentrates instead of bud as a bonus gift just because I asked, their customer service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. The shipping is fast (they always ship same day if they can), and when I speak about good quality concentrates, I know what I’m talking about. I’ve bought hundreds. Some of the best highs as well which obviously is important as how high you get (which is very high). I just wish this was a local dispensary instead because I’d be there everyday. I’ve ordered almost every strain and ordered many many times. A++++
