In my situation, one of my engines suffered serious powerhead damage as a result of a failed injector. BTH immediately stepped up. Their team was able to secure a brand-new warranty powerhead and have it air-shipped within 24 hours. Even more impressive, the installation began practically the moment the crate was delivered. There was no unnecessary waiting or runaround they understood the urgency and did everything possible to get me back on the water as quickly as possible.
I also want to recognize their excellent parts department, led by Lorinda. She and her team are knowledgeable, responsive, and always go above and beyond to make sure the right parts are located and delivered as quickly as possible. Their efficiency played a major role in keeping everything moving during my repair.
The billing department, led by Abigail, also deserves recognition. She has always been professional, organized, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Having a service department that communicates well and a billing team that makes everything easy and transparent makes a huge difference.
That level of customer service is extremely hard to find. Whether you are buying, selling, maintaining, or repairing a boat, I would highly recommend BTH.
