We had amazing experience working with Vera, Nick and Michelle. I will refer all our friends and family to them 1000%! We toured several homes with their team and I immediately knew from the start they were all so kind, genuine and diligent during the process. As we looked for our first single family home, Vera and Nick were there each step of the way - from video calls, phone calls, texts and tours I felt we received a VIP experience. Their expertise and advice were golden. Nick really held our hand through learning about the process and gave us friendly and genuine insight on many different properties we toured in King and Snohomish counties. When we did find the perfect home in Edmonds that encompassed our criteria and price I saw in real time that we had the A-team on our side. Since our new home has a lot of desirable qualities, the seller had many offers. Vera’s stellar communication and negotiation ultimately gave us the win. Vera Brodsky did an outstanding job helping us buy our home. In a market where houses were often selling within a weekend, she connected us with an opportunity that most buyers would never have seen. The house we ultimately purchased was still being remodeled and had not yet gone on the market. Vera built the relationship with the seller and helped us submit a strong early offer while the remodel was still underway, allowing us to secure the home off market and close after the renovations were complete. What made this even more impressive is that we had an extensive list of criteria for the type of home we wanted. The house ultimately met 39 out of our 40 requirements and truly feels like our Pacific Northwest dream home.
