What can I say..... Our fully loaded van was collected within 20 minutes of the 1st call. There were already onsite before we even had chance to make payment. I would highly recommend.

Had an accident. We were collected and the car and taken home safely. The service was excellent and later, when we needed proof of recovery to claim money back from Mercedes, they provided the invoice. They were very considerate and understanding and we can't find words to express our thanks.

Our car broke down at the end of the M1 in London - it was incredibly stressful, but Paul was so calm and reassuring, and couldn't have been more helpful. The recovery truck arrived within an hour to take our car to a garage near to our home, and Paul kept in touch throughout. Because there were a few of us in the car and couldn't all travel in the truck, Paul even drove me and my son to a tube station so that we could get home. It was such an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture, and we were so grateful. The recovery charge was also very reasonable. All in all, given the very high level of service we received, it was excellent value for money.
