Jenn’s house was 10/10! Went for my bachelorette party and the space was great. The backyard/pool is fantastic! Photos don’t do it justice. It’s on the quiet side of the island (which we preferred) so you do have to get a taxi or golf cart to go to most places. We got a couple golf carts delivered to the house and it was perfect! Hank was a great help with everything. We had the chefs come to the house for dinner on our last night and had the best time/meal! I would note that the top floor bedroom is beautiful, but doesn’t get very cool, so the girls that slept up there were a little warm at night. Otherwise, i have zero complaints. Would love to go back!
This place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. We had 12 people. It was the perfect amount of space. Very clean. The outdoor space is wonderful. Our concierge, Hank, was great to work with. He communicated before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The staff was also fantastic, cleaning and working behind the scenes. We liked being on the more peaceful end of the island (south end). We drove to the north end whenever we wanted (only about 20 minutes by golf cart), but there are also great restaurants, bars, and beach clubs near the house. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. You won't be disappointed with the house.
Our whole group truly loved our stay at Casa Vista Alegre. The home is beautiful and had everything we could ever dream of in a vacation rental. We spent the majority of the time hanging out around the pool...what a breathtaking view! The bedrooms/bathrooms were spotless and well appointed. Everyone raved that the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We cooked a little for ourselves but also hired chefs to cook dinner and breakfast for us. Hank and Teresita, our host and housekeeper, did an amazing job taking care of us all week. This is the second time Hank has been our host and he's so great to work with. He provides anything we want and is such a great resource to have when we're on the island. The owners have also been a pleasure to work with, are easy to communicate with, and have followed up to ensure we had the best vacation. I would highly recommend Casa Vista Alegre for an amazing luxury vacation on beautiful Isla Mujeres...magical!

I don't know where to start. Jenn's place is amazing. Perfect location with breathtaking million dollar view. House had everything we needed. Outside space was amazing. Pizza oven and grill were available. It was a perfect vacation and we are already working to make plans to come back. Hank and Toto and their team were amazing. They all kept the house in tip top shape during our stay. Hank answered any questions and made any arrangements that we needed. The house was everything that our group needed. There was no need to go anywhere else. Everyone in our group agreed this was by far the best vacation we have taken together.

We've been to Isla 10-15 times over the past few years, and this is easily the absolute nicest house we've rented. It exceeds all epectations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The floor plan is very well spaced with tons of room to walk around. The backyard is incredible with a heated infinity pool and hot tub. Just incredible, with two great patios as well. The house employees were excellent, and we highly recommend getting the chef and massages through them. This would be a 10 out of 5 rating if possible. We only took our teenage daughter, but this house easily fits 12+ guests. Last but not least, communication was responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again. The owner was top notch throughout.

I went to Casa Vaya Vida with 5 women friends and we had a blast. The house is absolutely gorgeous and fit us all very comfortably. The view of the ocean is stunning and you can watch the sunset from the lovely roof-top hot tub. We enjoyed the pool daily and also the outdoor shower! Though we never used it, the outdoor kitchen looked great for a home cooked meal. All the staff were wonderful and responsive and we felt very pampered not ever having to do our own dishes or make our own beds! Hank was a super helpful concierge and gave us great tips on where to eat and go to the beach. We will most definitely be back!

The house was incredible. It’s way more than a normal Airbnb stay - it’s basically an all inclusive hotel but incredibly private. They set up all the logistics to get you from airport to the house, they are there to meet you when you arrive at the island, they lead you to your house in your golf carts, and the house is stocked with groceries ready for you. Hank is there to help you with whatever you need. The house’s outdoor space is really special - it’s a great mix of shade and sunny area by the pool. The chef Monse was amazing, I cannot recommend getting meals at the house enough! She catered to different dietary restrictions and made us amazing drinks to enjoy. This end of the island is definitely the place to stay if you want quiet, beautiful water views. We loved having walking distance access to Punta Sur and the local coffee bus. Cannot recommend this enough if you’re truly trying to relax.

Some showers were extremely hot, while others didn’t stay hot. The house set up was really nice for a large group and it was very clean. Jenn’s villa in Isla was the absolute dream setting for our wedding. From the moment we arrived, you could feel the magic of the place. You can watch the sunset melt straight into the ocean from one side, then wake up and catch the sunrise glowing over the island the next morning. It feels private, elevated, and cinematic in every direction. The brand new hot tub on the roof was our favorite part — late nights under the stars with our closest friends, ocean breeze rolling in, music playing softly… it was unreal. Hank, the house manager, is a saint. Calm, responsive, kind, and always a step ahead of what we needed, especially during the chaos of wedding prep. Every single guest told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended, and this villa is a huge reason why. If you’re looking for a breathtaking, once-in-a-lifetime location, this is it. We’ll never forget it.

We enjoyed our time at Jenn's place immensely. Everything was wonderful and completely prepared for our early arrival. Hank, Jenn's house manager and our concierge was incredibly helpful and made every step of the process seamless. The house is beautiful with a gorgeous pool area that is unlikely replicated anywhere else on the island. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking although you would be better off hiring a private chef that Hank would be happy to recommend.We enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next trip!
This home is so wonderful. A private sanctuary. The staff is so attentive and Hank is there for everything g you could possibly need. He booked all of our reservations, activities and grocery shopping. We even left a phone in a cab and he found it and brought it to us at the ferry!! I will be going back!

What an amazing place from start to finish we enjoyed our day Hank. The on-site host was a pleasure to deal with an extremely knowledgeable.
We were blown away with the view! The home felt just like home with the comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen items to make meals. Hank, the concierge, truly made our week memorable with everything he set up for us; from food recommendations to fire dancers. We highly recommend booking the private chef and private boat. We loved the location of the home as well. It was serene and private but in close proximity to fun. There were plenty of games and pool fun for our 5 kids. This home truly delivers in all aspects.
Hank and the team were amazing to work with and the home is beautiful and well appointed. Any questions we had were immediately answered, transfers to and from the ferry were set up, golf cart was set up, we did hire the chef for a few meals, which was wonderful very relaxing, and made it feel like a true vacation, home is at Punta sur which is a nice relaxing part of the island! Views were gorgeous, beds very comfy, great spot!
Our family spent the Christmas Holiday at Casa Vaya Vida and it was absolutely perfect. The home is well equipped with everything you will need to fully relax and enjoy your vacation. Hank and his team will take care of everything! The home is more fabulous than the pictures!
Make sure you take time to walk to Punta Sur and watch the sunrise at least one day!!
