Speaking with Dorian from tech support was a wonderful experience!! He was straightforward and quite efficient! He was able to diagnose and troubleshoot “no laser output” problem in under 20 minutes allowing me to complete a customer’s order with minimal delays. Additionally Dorian provided information regarding helpful preventative maintenance techniques that filled the gaps of my knowledge on my equipment. Thank you Dorian and Boss Laser for your prompt excellent tech support.
I ordered a CNC laser in 2025. I was told the laser would be delivered at the end of Jan. 2026. It is mid April and we still don't have the machine. Communication has been poor. Check-in emails often ignored. The machine has been paid for in full. I have been outsourcing my laser parts with poor margins. Not happy with Boss Laser. Bennu Enterprises.
NEVER BUY A MACHINE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a $60,000 machine December 23rd. Lead time was 4-6 weeks. I received machine mid march. They sent two guys to plug the machine up 2-3 weeks later and then they send someone to train after they plug it up and no one has even been scheduled.
Business wise if you order from this company expect the worst and do not waste your time or money on this company they are a joke
We're early in our use of the Boss LS-3655 105W laser. We're still running test jobs and dialing in the material settings. So far the machine is working well.
When we engage their customer service, it's been very responsive and helpful, with a special shoutout to Robert! He's been fast, clear and spot-on with his guidance.
The one improvement Boss needs is in their documentation: it is OK and gets us through the majority of questions, but it has too many small mistakes like missing words, unclear image references, illogical statements, etc. The machine and service are high-end, but their documentation is not nearly as good.
Cian was a fantastic help in troubleshooting a used Boss 3655 we had purchased. He walked us through each step, diagnosing a broken tube, getting it replaced and shipped. He then helped us troubleshoot interlocks and wiring in order to get the machine up and running. Emails were quick and responsive giving detail information, documentation, and next steps. Finally a company that is actually good with customer service!
Great Machine/Worst Tech Support
Worst customer service ever had experience. I reach out to tech support about my machine not firing. They sent me email with guides/handbook (hardly any explanation) and told me to order and change all the interlocks, we changed all the interlocks, which was not the problem. So, we figured we would change the glass tube, (we had purchased an extra when we bought our machine). The new tube right out of the box started leaking water close to where the brass connects to the glass on the negative node end. I contacted support who in return told me I had to buy another tube even though it is leaking due to manufacture error. Great machine when it runs, worst tech/customer support ever.

Boss Laser Company and specifically Robert at Boss Lasers are fantastic. Just when you thought the art of customer service has gone the way of the dinosaurs, Boss laser is leading the turnaround. I was "gifted" a basically new or gently used BOSS laser and it had some issues when I got it to it's new home, but Robert helped me through getting it up and running and continues to provide support. I am still amazed that I can get this kind of support when I wasn't even the original purchase. Kudos to Boss laser for the customer service policy. If you are looking for a late company. BOSS is the BOSS - And Robert rules.
1. Their products are durable. I've had my HP2436 since 2016 and it is a workhorse. Their incorporation of Lightburn software makes operations so much more easier and intuitive. 2. They understand their products. 3. Their tech support is outstanding. Cian recently helped me. He knows his stuff.
I’m really disappointed with my 13k laser! Too finicky and clumsy. My 1k laser does a better job! Buy a different brand
Called Boss Laser tech support. Cian got back with me in a few minutes. Amazing trouble shooting guidance. Very precise instruction on how to do the troubleshooting. Also very nice to work with. He walked me through the steps got my laser up and running again. Thank you Boss Laser and Thank you Cian for your time and help!!
Dorian helped get our machine up and running in quick order. He was able to diagnose and provide multiple solutions. The first one turned out to be the problem. This is the kind of customer service that helps keep our classroom equipment running and available to students. I am so glad we have a Boss Laser in our lab.
If you're a truck driver, this might help you. Continue to the end of the warehouse, and you can enter on the right. There's plenty of space there to maneuver and park. The staff are very friendly and unload quickly.
