I was hesitant at first but after doing my research I felt comfortable in making an appt. Uncomplicated to book online and even when I called with questions, the rep was kind and hospitable. Andrea came early and began right away. She did a good job and we were satisfied. I will being booking another appt.

I was honestly a little hesitant to hire a cleaning service I hadn’t heard about through friends or family, especially when a company has almost all positive reviews. Unfortunately, with cleaning companies, you sometimes have to wonder how genuine online reviews are because some businesses pay for fake reviews. That said, I decided to give Cleany a try, and I’m really glad I did! This was my first time using Cleany, and Martina was wonderful. I paid $195 (after discount) for my one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, and she did a great job. Martina was professional, thorough, and spoke English very well, which was especially refreshing. I’ve hired other cleaning companies where the cleaners didn’t speak English, which made it difficult to communicate exactly what I wanted. With Martina, communication was easy and seamless. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be hiring Cleany again. Martina was fantastic! 😊

I just hired Cleany to do a deep clean of my new place prior to moving in. The apartment had a previous tenant and then had been staged to show, with lots of foot traffic. It was really grungy. After a few hours with Andrea, it now sparkles! She made the old oven look like new again, cleaned every single slat on the AC units, the ventilation fans in the bathroom, and everything in between. It's like a brand new apartment that I feel much more comfortable in. It was my housewarming gift to myself! I highly recommend this service if you are moving in or just need a whole house refresh any time. Such a treat! Andrea was punctual, and I don't know how she did it, but she brought everything needed to clean my place.

Luz was fabulous. Put effort into communicating with me despite the fact I didn't speak her language nor she mine, cleaned and organized my entire apartment. My kitchen, I cannot stress this enough, was a disaster area. I've been ill for months, I haven't been able to stand long enough to do dishes or clean the area consistently, and there was no organization system to speak of. By the time Luz left, the entire place was reorganized, and sparkling clean. What was essentially an unusable storage room is an actual usable space now. All this while washing my massive duvet and blankets, and the laundry is in the basement of my building. She even washed things it didn't occur to me to ask her to wash. She even cleaned the walls. My tiny, tiny bathroom, she somehow managed to get into every cramped, tight corner of it. Will absolutely use cleany again.

I've used cleaning services to help with deep cleaning my Manhattan apartment, but this was the the most thorough job getting the downtown city grit off all the surfaces. The cleaner they dispatched was not only very professional, but also truly went above and beyond with the care of her work. My apartment might be the cleanest it's been in my five years living there.
