We did a six hour walking tour of Paris with the whole family - two adults and two kids (7 and 4). Lou, our guide, was great for the whole crew! She was super informative on historical things for the adults and also kept sharing fun facts to keep it engaging for the kids. She was flexible and very patient with the younger ones. She even taught us how to navigate the Metro. After a day with her we knew so much more about Paris and Parisian history and felt very confident to continue to navigate the city on our own.
Amazing private Louvre tour!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing private Louvre tour! Dayin Tours delivered a truly exceptional experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made each masterpiece come alive with fascinating insights. The private format made everything smooth, personalized, and perfectly paced—no stress, no crowds, just pure enjoyment of the museum’s highlights. Highly recommended for anyone wanting the best way to experience the Louvre! Spring Break - 2026 ADRIANA & MARCELO
Skip the Mona Lisa
We went in March which we had hoped would be less crowded and were told that it was, except for the Louvre employee strike which caused some delays. It's really not skip the line. It's skip the enormous general admission line for a still pretty big line to get in - and again off season. It is the most highly visited museum in the world after all. Overall a great experience. Interesting history about the building itself. Having taken Art 101 eons ago in college some of the material wasn't new to me but I understand that the tour is geared towards someone who doesn't have any grounding whatsoever. I found the background about the Venus de Milo extremely informative - a great story. I will say though that the whole experience was soured a bit by the crush of bodies entering the room to view the Mona Lisa. These were not people who wanted to appreciate the artwork - which you could only, after a very long wait, get within twenty feet of - but they were there to take selfies. Almost to a person they turned away from the painting to duck face for their insta accounts. It was a frustrating experience for someone who really was there to learn more about art. As you get closer to the Mona Lisa the pushing and maneuvering was more and more intense. And it took so long to get through that mosh pit, our guide had to leave before we could exit. We had to dial up the tour company to find out we had been left there and would not get a chance to be guided through the French masters in the next room, which would have been fascinating. Some important and massive works of art. I'd suggest that the guide advises on what the Mona Lisa experience is really going to be like and gives the option to skip it.

Bonjour Rick, Thank you for taking the time to share a review. Your transparency is sincerely appreciated, and each piece of feedback means a lot to us as a small business.Indeed, the Louvre can get quite crowded during peak visiting hours. While we do our best to work around the crowds, the volume of visitors tends to be most concentrated around the Mona Lisa. Please rest assured that we've spoken to your guide so that moving forward, they can better prepare our guests for this portion of the tour. Thanks again for your feedback and support. If you return to Paris, please let us know, we would be happy to plan something special for you 😊
Walking tour of Paris
I did walking tours with Clare through Saint Germaine de pre and Le Marias. Clare was so knowledgeable about the history of Paris and wove that knowledge expertly into her narrations of the places we were visiting. She also shared her favorite bakeries, chocolate stores and shops which also made the tours fun.
Great experience at the Louvre with a 12 year old daughter
We really enjoyed our private tour with Justine. We had our 12 year old daughter with us and Justine did a great job customize our tour to make it entertaining for her. The evening time tour was also great as the museum was not very crowded and allowed us to see a lot of different sections. This is the best way to see this large museum
Best private tour with Lou!
We booked a private tour with Lou to see some of the highlights of Paris and she was absolutely fantastic. She tailored to the itinerary to exactly what we wanted to do and picked us up and dropped us back off at our apartment. It felt like hanging out with one of our friends all day! Truly couldn’t recommend this tour (and Lou) enough
Walking the Marais with Clara
We had a wonderful, informative, fun walking tour in the Marais area with Clara Even though it was pouring rain the day we walked with Clara, she made it so interesting. We were not uncomfortable at all. We would highly recommend Clara for walking tours and her company for sure. We spent the following week in Paris and felt totally at home here because we had become so familiar with our area.
The only way to experience Paris
We did several guided tours with them. All the tour guides were immensely knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed all of them! The pastry tour, The Louvre, the half day to full days tours were all so fun. We saw so much more than we could have ever planned on our own. Thank you all so much.
