We decided to go big by changing out our 3 tall narrow windows for 1 large window to maximize our backyard view. I got quotes from 6 window companies before choosing Woodruff, and one of the things I appreciated most was how straightforward and low-pressure the process was. A lot of the other companies put me through lengthy sales presentations about why their windows were better than everyone else’s. Woodruff simply answered my questions, explained the options, and let me make my decision without the hard sell.

I was very impressed with the installation team. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were very careful inside the home and left each room spotless as they moved from room to room. The finish details were superb. The windows are all vinyl and they perform satisfactorily however they do transmit heat if directly in the sun. The look of the windows is very nice however the model I chose had very limited colors. I switched out pairs of tall single hung windows with a larger picture window in 2 places and it improved the exterior appearance greatly. I would recommend Woodruff Windows. Be aware Mr Woodruff is no longer the owner but the current owner is carrying on his legacy with great service and taking care of the homeowner.

Woodruff Windows is the real deal! These guys are great from the owner down to the work crew. When they showed up to do the job, Steve, the head of the work crew, introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. They covered the furniture that was in close proximity to any of the windows. From there it was very quick. They already had three or four of the old windows out in a very short period of time; probably 20 minutes. I was amazed. Every one of the crew was very polite and really knew their job.The quality of the new windows was apparent immediately. In fact, at one point I thought there was no glass in the window then realized it was that clear. Also, the amount of heat that was coming in from the outside was much reduced. I don't need the solar screens on the southwest side anymore. Woodruff was checking on things throughout the job. Sky, I'm not sure of his title, came out during the job and took some pictures and checked with me to see if I had any questions, Lyndol Woodruff was the salesman that came out initially. I talked with him and with the owner, Jordan. Both of these guys are the best. The quality of their work is, in my opinion, unmatched. All the caulking was done perfectly, They even painted a couple of window sills that had a few scratches I had done.
To sum it up, they may not be the least expensive ( Although we did negotiate a good price) but you can’t go wrong with Woodruff windows. I highly recommend Woodruff.

I have to share a sales review of this place to provide clarity for folks doing window shopping. This review isn't on the quality of work as we didn't get that far.
I summary... The pricing this company offers is not great. Which is what I wish I would have seen on here before I called them. It might not be as expensive as Anderson, but we have asked multiple other companies and these guys are 2-2.5 Times the price for windows. Plus, the window sales guy was pretty pushy when he came to our house using all the classic sales tactics from "our work is just that good" to building that "urgency" like if you don't take the offer he had it would only be more in the future. Anyways, Almost a year later we get contacted by them asking how they could earn our business and I said... Give us a better quote...and then I didn't get a response.
Just as an example, we needed our plain exterior patio door (not a sliding door.... Plain door with a window) replaced and were quoted $5,500 for a crazy Pella door with some triple lock system . We had a local contractor do it for us as long as we bought the door all in for $800 Including the price of the solid high quality solid steel door we bought. It might not have that "triple lock" but who needs that when your room is 80% windows all a burglar has to do is smash one to get past the door.
Theres so many 5 star reviews maybe we got a bad quote experience? Or maybe they pay google delete there less than 5 star reviews with the extra money they make?
Again,not saying they do bad work... But I wanted to leave a cautionary tale on here for anyone else shopping for new windows in this economy with limited budgets.

Inaccurate Window Claims: You reviewed us nine months after a single consultation in January 2026. In your direct message to us in April, you acknowledged that our rep only gave a quick, preliminary estimate for windows during that initial visit and that you were not ready to move forward. We never formally quoted your windows. Claiming our window pricing is 2 to 2.5 times higher than other companies based on online research—without ever receiving a formal quote or competitive bids—is completely misleading.
Misleading Door Price Comparison: Comparing our $5,500 turn-key proposal to an $800 labor-only job is entirely misleading. Our estimate was for a custom, engineered Pella Lifestyle door system featuring factory finishing, structural frame adjustments, full professional installation, long-term warranty coverage, and specialized multi-point hardware (which seals against wind, water, and door warping). The $800 you paid was strictly labor for a standard door you bought yourself. Our installation labor pricing was virtually identical to what you paid—the price gap comes strictly down to comparing custom, high-end manufacturing to basic retail products.
Unfounded Accusations: Your claim that we price-gouge customers and "pay Google to delete reviews" is completely false and baseless. The fact that your review is live right now for everyone to read completely disproves your accusation. Our rating is earned through hard work for real clients who value our quality. Disagreeing with our pricing tier does not give you license to fabricate claims about our business integrity.
If our representative came across as pushy during your single consultation, that is fair feedback and we will address it internally. However, misrepresenting what we quoted you and fabricating claims about gouging and review manipulation is unacceptable. I stand fully behind my company, its people, our pricing, our products, and our reputation. We wish you the best with your home.

We have lived in our house for 22 years and started to notice that several of our windows were starting to show significant age (foggy glass, leaks with water damage to window sills, gaps between brick and windows, etc.). We got quotes from 3 different companies and decided to go with Woodruff Windows. They are a local company with a great reputation and lots of glowing reviews. The sales guy was extremely knowledgeable and not aggressive or pressuring. And even better - the price was significantly lower than the other quotes we received from other companies. Communication was excellent from the time we signed the contract through the installation. The crew completed all 30+ windows in less than 2 days and they were absolutely awesome – very courteous, respectful of our home and communicative throughout the whole process. Two different company representatives (including the owner) stopped by during the installation to see if we had any questions or concerns – fortunately we did not have any. I would highly recommend Woodruff for anyone else that is looking for window replacements in their house.

This was an amazing experience from top to bottom - from working with John in sales to completion with Schuyler. We had 36 windows needing replacement. The original windows were 25 year old builder-grade windows with foggy sections and busted seals, causing them to let in cold in winter and heat in summer, making utility bills sky high! We also really wanted to get rid of the grids in the window panes and have a solid window pane. Our consultation with John was fantastic. He spent HOURS with us - answering any and all our questions and helping us with selection. We felt very confident in our decision-making process because of how thorough he was. This was just the first step, though. Installation was equally as impressive! The crew was prompt, professional, communicative and extremely friendly. Jacinto, Fernie, Gabriel & Josh were such hard workers, and bless their hearts, they were doing this on a 2 story house in the heat of Dallas summer!!! Schuyler was so kind - stopping by multiple times to check in on the installation, make sure we were happy with progress and ultimately, the completion.
