Through our initial intake call, follow-up emails, and additional support she provided, Rachel was always so thoughtful in her approach, detailed and thorough as well. Blackstone law has been seeing me through a difficulty I had with a prior employer. There's no telling if the case is strong enough yes, but what I will say is this- they haven't made a dime off me and they continue to check in, and see how things are going. Particularly Mia Martin, who is an intake specialist for them. She has done a tremendous job of following up and answering question where and when relevant.

I wouldn't recommend these people to my worse enemy. I wasted my time discussing my situation, sending documents and having to relive the traumatic hostile events that occurred at my workplace only to be given misinformation. 1st they told me that I'd consult with a lawyer to then they said they wouldn't help me until I was fired. Dont waste your time with these people. Horrible misleading and disappointing experience.

From the very beginning, she was compassionate, patient, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. She took the time to listen without rushing me, answered all of my questions clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
