Loulou and Serge ALWAYS provide excellent service!! They are prompt, communicative and professional. Their vehicles are spotless and comfortable. We consistently use them for airport transfers. They track our flights whether private or commercial. They somehow manage to be where we need them even when flights are delayed or our plans change at the last minute. The Black Diamond team is part of our family--they are so nice! We are so thankful for them. Highly recommend Black Diamond.

Amazing service very professional and prices are great! Loulou was so professional and the communication before and day of the trip was outstanding! Went to dinner and a play in style when the play let out Loulou was right outside waiting for us. Heard some people say that’s the way to go as we were getting in! Family run business and great service they have my business! Planning to use them again for a LAX run in July.

This company is Amazing! They communicate everything and are very responsive and prompt. The cars are clean and drivers are so friendly and awesome. They made everything so easy for us and went above and beyond when we asked them for a favor on the way to the hotel. We will DEFINITELY be using them as our service from now on. Great character and service. A+++ (and we normally don't do reviews, but had to for them we were so impressed).

We had to get transportation for a group of 22 from the airport to the Cruise Terminal in Los Angeles. We had AMAZING drivers that helped us get to the terminal on time despite having flight cancellations that almost made us late for our cruise. And when we did have to find new flights, they were very accommodating and communicative in planning out our new route from a different airport. Phenomenal service that will now be our go-to when we are in the area again.

We used their services to go from OC to LAX and we were so pleased. Serge was very punctual and helpful, arriving in a beautiful clean Suburban that easily fit my family and our luggage. In fact we were so pleased with their services that we reserved our ride back home from LAX with Serge again (even though we originally hadn't planned that) Serge was so understanding when our flight was canceled and our ride had to be rescheduled. It was such a relief having him pick up us from the airport. He had been tracking our flight and kept in touch with me so we knew exactly where he'd be to pick us up. We'll definitely be using their services again and telling all our friends and family too!
