They had to take my poor honda off the road, the manager was great with work with over the phone and the in office guys, were helpful with helping me getting my bill squared away thank you all.

Dale at BillsTowing in Canyonville was above and beyond in honesty and professionalism. A scammer intercepted my 12:30 AM phone call for help and took my credit card number. Dale informed me A REAL TOWING SERVICE WILL NEVER ASK FOR PAYMENT BEFORE TOWING.
Dale got us to his shop at 2:30 AM safely. First thing in the morning he installed a new alternator and got us on the road again. THANK YOU to Bill and his staff.

You never know when you'll need a hero, and you never know when you'll be one. Well Tyler was a hero for us! Forces beyond our control had our dogs locked in the car. Rescue would be 40min to an hour. It was morning, they were in the shade, but never the less, panic began to set in. After a quick call to head quarters, help was there within 10 minutes! The day was saved! We made the best memories that day, thanks again guys!

who is he? This is a woman owned business. All of our parts for repair come from two local retailers, Napa auto parts or AutoZone. Unless its a used tire. Our hourly shop rate is also lower than anyone local to us. This seems to be a personal matter.

The manager had nothing to say about your driver charging me $900.00 for towing me 4 miles and I did get a letter from the cops and that should have coasted me under $500.00 to get my truck out and there was a form I needed to pick up at the cop shop to bring to you I think you guys are pretty shady

So far it has almost been 2 days and we are still waiting for our receipt since we paid cash of $385.00 for our car to be towed from Roseburg to Myrtle Point, Oregon. My husband was not offered a Veterans discount as talked about.

I wish to thank our tow operator, Tyler, for the excellent experience we had last week with Bill's Towing service. We were stranded in a small town outside of Roseburg and were told Bill's Towing was a good choice. We called and Tyler took excellent care of our car and my husband and I. He was very accomplished, friendly and it was apparent he was a safe and excellent tow operator. He answered all our questions about our needs while in Roseburg. It was the best tow service we've ever received. He made a very stressful time a calmer experience for us. Thank you!

Let me start off with saying that if I could give 500 stars I would! Jason with Bill's Towing provided the most incredible service to us as we were going to have to leave our diesel pusher in Oregon for repairs during our "trip from hell." I called for assistance on a gear oil leak I was having and Jason showed up and was able to fix our issue as he was very familiar with our issue. He was professional, timely and provided great value in the service he provided. We made it home the final 400 miles of our trip with absolutely no issues. Thank you so much Jason!
Huge shoutout to Tyler from Bill’s Towing for helping us out when our classic car broke down late at night during the Blackberry Festival! Of all the times and places to have car trouble, this was definitely not ideal, but Tyler made a stressful situation so much easier.
He was friendly, professional, and took extra care loading and towing our classic car, which we really appreciated. You could tell he knew what he was doing and respected the fact that it wasn’t just any vehicle. We felt completely comfortable trusting the car with him.

Car blew up on the side of the road with my kids in the car, called Bills Towing and they were so helpful and friendly and just overall very pleasant. They showed up within ten minutes and took care of everything for me. Great experience amazingly priced, I will definitely be calling them everytime I or my friends or family need a tow. Tyler and Anthony were extremely kind and efficient and handled the situation like pros. Highly recommend them for all your towing needs.
We were stranded on I-5 so I called and spoke to the Mike (owner) about needing a boom because my HiLift wasn’t stable enough. He surprisingly arrived in 15 min and helped solve the problem. He was a huge help and a gentleman.

They screwed me charged me $1,385.00 he said he had to use two trucks because he did want to get hit I was on 138 West Oakland Oregon any charged me $900 for the two trucks then he charged me $80 for the miles and in route mileage of $30 then a $75 dispatch fee then he charged me $150 for administration fee then he charged me $375 for the storage fee and I had called him right back because I ran out of gas and when I got back my car was gone I called him and he was still doing my bill it was less than an hour and I had to pay $1,385 to get it out they screwed me not happy at all
