I said yes to the dress ! Absolute bestest day coming to Bijou with my Mum & Auntie today. I said yes to the dress ! Thank you to Charlotte for being incredible! Listened, assisted and knew exactly what would look perfect on me! Was blown away from the whole experience from the shop front, to walking in, the shop is stunning, smells beautiful, the dresses are gorgeous, and the staff are so friendly too! Could not recommend Bijou enough!

Had the absolute best time today shopping for my wedding dress at Bijou Bridal! The studio is beautiful and there were so many gorgeous dresses to choose from. Emma was absolute dream! She was so kind, friendly and very helpful. She made the whole experience really fun and stress-free. Would definitely recommend bijou bridal to anyone searching for their wedding dress!!

I had such an amazing experience today, this was my first wedding dress shopping experience and the ladies made myself and my family feel so welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Paige was a star and made me feel so at ease and confident. I did not feel rushed at all through the whole appointment. I went in with a pretty open mind to dresses and Paige was spot on with the dresses she chose for me to try. The range of dresses is amazing, so much to choose from. I said yes to the dress at my first appointment 🥹 Amazing staff! Amazing place! I would 100% recommend to any bride to be looking for their dream dress ✨️

Picked my dress up today and I can’t explain how amazing the whole team have been at Bijou! From the first moment I walked in, to my second appointment today picking my dress up! The girls were so knowledgeable and it felt like they really enjoyed their job finding us brides the perfect dress! 10/10 would recommend I was a little nervous for my first appointment at Bijou Bridal, even though it was my second time shopping as I hadn't found my dress in the first shop. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and helped to calm my nerves! We were delighted to have one of the larger rooms towards the back of the shop as we weren't expecting this - the room itself was perfect, well decorated, plenty of seating for my guests and a large curtain for great privacy. We were even given glasses of pink lemonade and little chocolates. Emma was AMAZING. I had already found several dresses online that I had screenshotted and she grabbed all of them for me, as well as some recommendations from what I had described. She listened to what I liked/disliked and advised which dresses I should try on next. I said yes to the dress (and the veil!). Collection was absolutely seamless, made even better that my dress arrived 3 months earlier than expected! I couldn't be happier!

I went to Bijou Bridal Studio on Saturday with some of my bridal party. I can honesty say I had such an amazing time from start to finish. The team are 5*. I found my beautiful dress on my first appointment! We laughed, cried, chatted and I felt so welcomed. I was so anxious going into my appointment as I’m plus size but the range was amazing. Shop is beautiful and all the ladies are lovely and so helpful cannot fault them. I did buy my dress her and the whole experience was lovely with comp drinks and chocolates and plenty of room for my girls. Lots of variety of different dresses. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was I bought the dress knowing the alterations I wanted, I mentioned this to the staff and they suggested it would be easy to make those adjustments and roughly gave me a price I would most likely have to pay. When I went to a seamstress she advised that what I wanted doing will be really difficult and can’t be done, I then went to a second seamstress pretty emotional and hopeless and she advised she’ll be able to do the alterations but at triple the price that the shop has said I’d be paying. Being a new bride I took that suggested price and held onto it thinking I won’t be paying more then that when in reality alterations are a lot more money. Apart from that a perfect experience

I had such a special bridal appointment with Tasha and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She made me feel so at ease and beautiful from the moment I arrived. She really listened to everything I said and found me the perfect dress! I’m so indecisive when it comes to big decisions, but Tasha was so patient and supportive throughout and never once made me feel pressured. She really made the whole experience feel so easy and special, and it was everything I could have hoped for. Thank you so much, Tasha, for making such an important moment so memorable!

I visited today as a Bridesmaid and I was absolutely blown away with our experience with Emma. The venue is beautiful, so much attention to detail. Luxurious and special (without feeling tacky) both in the private room and shared spaces. The photo opportunities and bridal goodie bags are lovely touches. The range of dresses and sizes, paired with expert knowledge from the consultant, meant there was no way our bride was walking out without the dress of her dreams. Emma as a consultant was faultless. She revealed at the end of our appointment that she was a recent bride, which explained the radiance that exuded through her the entire time. A genuine warmth that put a large group (with some big personalities) instantly at ease . She had a special way of making everyone feel welcome and like they mattered whilst not taking an ounce of her attention off of our beautiful bride. Nothing was too much to ask. I hope I get to visit this beautiful place in the future 💕 thank you so much.

I had the most amazing experience at Bijou Bridal Studios! 🤍 From the moment I arrived, Tasha was absolutely wonderful. I felt quite overwhelmed at first and wasn’t really sure exactly what I was looking for, but Tasha was so patient, kind and understanding. She took the time to listen to everything I was saying and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She managed to take all of the little elements I had loved from different dresses and find a dress that brought them all together perfectly. I honestly couldn’t believe it, she completely understood what I was looking for, even when I wasn’t sure myself! I had an amazing experience when picking my wedding dress, there was lots of selection and I found the most amazing dress that I love and didn’t want to take off 🙌🏻 Picking the dress was made so easy, and it was so nice to have honest feedback on the dresses I tried on. A conscious effort was made to get to know me and my style which was so helpful when picking my veil, Charlotte brought 2 in she though I’d like and I ended up with one of the two (both beautiful). It makes all the difference when you felt seen and heard - thank you Charlotte! I cannot wait to come back in the new year and pick up my dress 🥳

I went for an appointment here and everyone was so lovely. Emma helped me try on dresses and was just incredible, the choice of dresses was amazing and honestly I cannot fault anything there. The shop is lovely, and space to try on dresses is beautiful and spacious, I didn’t feel rushed and I was able to try on dresses multiple times where I was unsure. I managed to find a dress very quickly, I could not recommend this place more!

She was extremely knowledgeable and got me to try dresses on that I wouldn’t have initially chosen for myself and I ended up with my dream dress being completely different to what I had thought I’d wanted (and it was the first one I tried on!) Where to even begin? For any brides who are nervous about the concept of dress shopping, look no further than this wonderful place! From booking my initial appointment here to the day I brought my dream dress home, each of the team have gone above and beyond to ensure that finding my dress was not just a concept, but a reality and were my biggest cheerleaders every step of the way. I have never had the honour of meeting such honest, reassuring, kind souls as I did when I came here. I went from a bride who was anxious and insecure, to one not wanting to take her dress off. And that was wholly down to the team here. I cannot thank you all enough for everything you've done!

Amazing experience! I went in here for my first (and only) bridal dress shopping experience. I didn’t expect at all to find the right dress as I had a baby only 3 months ago and haven’t been feeling confident, but the ladies in the shop made me feel at ease as soon as I got there, and they had such a huge selection of dresses it was impossible to not find something you’d love! I ended up loving pretty much every dress I tried on until I found the one I picked. Paige was amazing, she encouraged me to try on dresses I never would have chosen that I ended up loving and made me feel super comfortable, relaxed and confident. Really positive experience, wish I could do it again tbh!

I secured my dream dress at Bijou Bridal Studio yesterday and I just have to share what an amazing experience I had🥺 I am lucky to have quite a big bridal party who were all excited to come along with me to shop for my dress. Paige and Emma really fed off our energy and excitement and encouraged me to try on a bunch of different designs. My Mum and besties even got to pick some dresses out for me to try on which they loved doing. I felt comfortable throughout my entire appointment and they were outstanding at what they do - the dress I picked ended up being one that I would have never initially had the confidence to consider, but they just knew what would have suited me best. I was encouraged to go for what I truly wanted and was given plenty of time to procrastinate and try the same dresses on multiple times😉 I would definitely recommend Bijou Bridal Studio to anyone who is looking for a memorable day to secure their wedding dress. I will remember this day fondly for the rest of my life!👰‍♀️💍🤍

I said YES to the dress! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was met with a friendly welcome and smiles all round. My appointment with Tasha was so personal—she asked about me and my proposal to tailor the experience, and guided me beautifully through finding the perfect dress. We started with me browsing the shop floor to pick out styles I liked; we discussed what worked and what didn’t with every option, so she could pull even more suited pieces. I especially loved that they respected my budget, never pushy, and made me feel completely at ease as a plus-size bride. There was a great range of dresses (something I’d worried about!), my own private fitting room, and the whole space is beautifully decorated. I can’t thank the team enough for such a lovely experience and helping me find the one! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! 🤍
