The workshop team is simply brilliant, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. I want to give a special shout-out to Kyle, who is an absolute champion! His expertise and attention to detail have made all the difference in our experience. We’ve entrusted our Trackhawk and Grand Cherokee to ECC, and thanks to their hard work, both vehicles drive like a dream. Whether it’s routine servicing, customisation, or upgrades, ECC has consistently exceeded our expectations. Being part of the ECC family and joining them for things like race days has been an incredible experience and opportunity to mix with great likeminded car enthusiasts. You’re undoubtedly in great hands with the ECC team, and I can wholeheartedly trust them to keep everything running smoothly. Taking my pride and joy to East Coast Customs had a number of firsts for me. First time I have not taken my car to a dealership service centre. First time in my driving history where all the staff had an obvious passion for the vehicle they had in their care, a high level of knowledge and a genuine love of cars. First time I have ever received a video message of my service and what was observed by the mechanic/technician and intended repairs which included a detailed synopsis of all their observations. Would not hesitate to recommend East Coast Customs to care for your high performance pride and joy and if you have the desire, make some upgrades. I have been searching for some time for an alternate option in servicing my HSV. Looks like I have found a new servicing home.

These guys and gals are amazing. Rob and his team were recommend ed to me by an equally passionate person, Jon ofvJony Tig Fabrication (who produces detailed Turbocharger kits for a number of cars) at a very reasonable price. I had to book 6 weeks before and then drive 1000.0ks Sydney to Brisbane to get Rob's guys to work their magic on my Y62 Patrol. Was it worth it I hear you ask? Bloody oath! Thanks "East Coast Customs" my car has NO engine 'limp mode ' episodes and they also managed to get a further 50kW from my Petrol 5.6l V8 (original 227kW upped to 309kW with the kit added, then further increased to 366kWbby Rob's Magic). If you are serious about getting the best tune for your car or want something special done to your 4wd rig, then East Coast Customs is the place to get the best quality workmanship and especially great after servious support. I drove 2000ks round trip, to get a good job done well and I now know that quality work is worth putting your hand deeper into your pocket! Many thanks to Rob and his team of Magicians. Howard

Had my jeep lifters / cam packaged completed here, Kyle made sure to update me with videos and made sure to inform me of any changes or updates throughout the whole process. They did an awesome job with my car I’m so happy and after it all they went above and beyond and helped me source an exhaust system taking it to and from the shop for me while I was away. If you want to pay for professionalism and peace of mind here’s the place to go. Thanks again

A great company. They took my project car on after 2 seperate companies shafted me leaving me with a bad engine and half complete project. Alana was very good at communicating every step and making my dream car a reality. If you need any custom work done this is your place to go!

Well what can I say guess they are right third time lucky! 🍀 Contacted ECC with a noise in the rear end suspected diff issues that I had several other company’s attempt to diagnose to no avail.. Not only did they accommodate my request to have it diagnosed while I waited, they explained their procedure to have it repaired clearly & then also gave me a transparent breakdown of the over all costings associated with the works once the car was completed. Thanks ECC team for accomodating me not only letting me use the office while I waited but explaining everything down to the fine details. Really appreciate it!

From the get go there was great communication. Very knowledgeable and they were more concerned about what I wanted to achieve with upgrading and modding my car and offer suggestions based on that rather than just trying to upsell me things I probably don’t need or want. 5/5. Took my car to ECC for a service and couldn’t be happier. When I arrived, friendly staff greeted me and informed me of the work they were doing and when my car would be ready to pick up. They kept me updated throughout, including a workshop video of them working on my car. They finished ahead of schedule, and the pricing was fair and reasonable, especially given the attention to detail and care they took working on my car. Great people, great work! I’ll be back for sure.
