I could not have expected the exceptional customer focused attention that I received. The knowledge of each person in the store was so helpful. I went in to look amd understand ebikes and I left with two. I felt comfortable that I was purchasing what was right for us and that is because there was no pressure but instead, insight, experience, knowledge and candor. This is a great bike shop. We just purchased two Velotric e-bikes and all the necessary accessories. The owners, Gary and Michelle, along with Mike, were all very knowledgable and helpful; there was no pressure to buy and Michelle took us outside to get all the needed training and instructions. Wonderful experience. First visit they encouraged me to ride 5 different bikes to ensure I had the perfect fit and options for my needs. They were very patient with no sales pressure. I bought the Troxus commuter with some add ons. Pricing is the same as online so there is no benefit to buying online vs supporting a local business. Additional benefit to buying from a shop is annual tuneups by a technician who knows the brand and repair service if needed. Highly recommend this family owned shop!
