Fantastic from planning our new bathroom with Ben, his knowledge and guidance was exceptional. Two lovely gentlemen, Alan & John where the fitters and they where brilliant, chatted with us at every part of the fit and made sure we where happy with progress, super clean and tidy workers, punctual and extremely respectful working in a busy home. A seamless project from start to finish
What can I say Called into Baths R Us on spec and was pleasantly surprised by the selection on display.
Spoke with Ben regarding a downstairs cloakroom refurbishment.and was immediately impressed by his knowledge .
No hard sell Ben listened to my choices and helped me pick the right accessories to complement my tiles toilet and vanity unit.
Everything went as planned and the installation by Peter and his crew was vey professional.
We were very pleased with the finished product from Baths R Us and would have no hesitation in using them again and would definitely recommend

We are very pleased with our new ensuite bathroom supplied by Baths R Us. We chose our design based on one of those in the showroom, with very helpful advice from Ben. Particular mention also goes to independent installers Alan Gibson and brother John - they clearly take great pride in their work and everything has been finished to a very high standard. They also fixed some issues which had arisen in our main bathroom, which was purchased last year from a different retailer and installed by one of their recommended fitters with considerably less care and expertise.
We would highly recommend Baths R Us to anyone seeking a high quality, hassle-free bathroom installation.
Just had a complete remodeling of our bathroom completed by this company and their fitter, Gareth Rees. From start to finish the professionalism of all involved was evident. They took what we had invisaged and turned it into beyond reality. Nothing was too much trouble, the quality of products, their finishes, friendliness of staff etc were for above similar companies we had used on previous occasions. The completed job was completed on time and truly turned a dream into beyond reality!! Costs were more than relative to the selection of items chosen. We have no hesitation in recommending to anyone considering undertaking a similar project. Top class.

Excellent range and great advice
The showroom had an impressive selection of products and accessories, making it easy to find everything I needed for my bathroom refurbishment. Ben was incredibly helpful, clearly explaining the pros and cons of panels versus tiles, which was essential for my decision-making. The information pack provided an excellent step-by-step overview of the entire process, and knowing Ben would assist if any issues arose gave me great peace of mind. He also collaborates well with my installer, ensuring a smooth experience overall.

Bathroom Renovation
First class service from Ben in the showroom with advice on what would and wouldn’t work on a full bathroom refurbishment at our property. We used Gareth for our renovation through Bens recommendations. Communication from Gareth was excellent, he showed up when he said he would, he dealt with issues that presented itself during the preparation and worked on a number of evenings to get the job done. We are over the moon with our new bathroom and would not hesitate to use BathsRus again. Also a massive thank you to Gareth for his hard work under difficult conditions at times during the renovation.

Stephen was very helpful with the selection and design and Nathan was brilliant with the fitting and ensuring job was completed to a high standard. They even clean up and collect all the rubbish. Top service from beginning to end. The showroom has a number of examples of bathroom styles which made it easy to decide on our own plans. We happened to call in without an appointment and were happy to wait while Ben was running through the arrangements for an installation for the following day with the installer. Accidentally overhearing the conversation (;-) I was hugely impressed by the level of detail and the care taken during this conversation, and that was a major part of the final decision to go with Baths R Us. Turns out the installer was Peter Kelly (PK) who ended up installing our bathroom. Once again, top service, from the beginning. Peter said he'd be with us at 0840 on the Monday morning. I said to myself, yeah, sure, I've worked with contractors before. Imagine my surprise when, at 0840 on the dot, a van arrived and the team jumped out. Literally 5 minutes later they'd begun to rip out the existing bathroom. I could not have been more impressed. The old bathroom was completely gone and the walls prepared by close of play on the Monday. During the install everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The installation team were polite and informative and never stopped working. Our bathroom is a big one and it took 5 days to install but the final result was stunning. Attention to detail was evident in every element. We stayed elsewhere for two nights and left Peter the keys to the house - if you decide to go this way, and I'd recommend it, I had no concerns whatsoever. It speeded up the process and his team didn't have to work around leaving us facilities each evening. Also, Peter was happy to nip round to attend to a single snag after the installation was finished - which turned out not to be a snag after all. The team of Ben in the showroom and Peter as installer was a winning combination. Selecting a bathroom installer is a nerve-wracking process, as you'll never be sure until the thing is finished. Going with Baths R Us will take a lot of the tension out of the process, and the end result will be superb.
Absolutely amazing company. Would thoroughly recommend. Ours was a difficult bathroom fit and a quirky design. The whole Baths R Us team were not phased in the slightest. They were all efficient, professional, competent, excellent communicators and worked within the given time frame. We are delighted with the finished result. Just what we wanted. Thank you.
My bathroom refurbishment went very smoothly from start to finish. Very pleased with customer service in the Baths R Us showroom and also very pleased with the installation by the independent plumber. I would recommend this company and the independent plumber very highly.
I'm very happy with the results of my new bathroom. Ben was very helpful and patient with helping me pick out what I wanted and Kyle did an amazing job supervising the installation. Unfortunately Kyle left a leaking tap and a one inch deep gap from floor to ceiling that over several months I couldn't get him to come back and fix. I hired another plumber and plastered the gap myself.
