Delivery of copper bath was estimated to be 12 weeks, but ended up being 16 weeks+. This resulted in rearrangement of tradesmen at a cost. We were offered a partial refund and advised it would be paid on dispatch. Unfortunately it wasn’t. Having chased Ally I was advised a cheque would be sent, which I considered a purposeful act of inconvenience. A week later, it hadn’t arrived, so I chased it up again and then was asked to provide bank details so that a transfer would be arranged. Again, half a dozen emails later and a 3 week wait, the refund has finally arrived. I’m not at all impressed with the customer service and wouldn’t recommend to friends or family

Absolutely great experience. Great customer service. In stock and delivered within a week to Scotland . Copper bath was expertly packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition. Easy for two people to lift as copper not overly heavy . The quality is great and bath is really beautiful. In addition customer service was fantastic with really quick replies to messages . Unfortunately this tap was incredibly flimsy it passed water when off I requested a refund the seller raised a case which was resolved in our favour unfortunately you get what you pay for and cheap taps are not a very good idea.

Strong recommendation. We live in Berlin Germany but ordered a cast iron bathtub from BW UK because the prices were drastically lower than other vendors. Even factoring in delivery and customs. So not only did they score high on price, the service was excellent. As we were completely new to the whole process, Ally was there every step of the way to guide us through it, as well as jumping through the post-brexit complications. The bathtub arrived yesterday and it was painstakingly well-packed in a strong and well-made crate. I haven't installed it yet, so I can't write anything about the bathtub, but I wanted to leave this review now and say thank you for all the help and support.
