Strong recommendation. We live in Berlin Germany but ordered a cast iron bathtub from BW UK because the prices were drastically lower than other vendors. Even factoring in delivery and customs. So not only did they score high on price, the service was excellent. As we were completely new to the whole process, Ally was there every step of the way to guide us through it, as well as jumping through the post-brexit complications. The bathtub arrived yesterday and it was painstakingly well-packed in a strong and well-made crate. I haven't installed it yet, so I can't write anything about the bathtub, but I wanted to leave this review now and say thank you for all the help and support.

Sorry for the late review... Amazing service from begining to end. Initially I thought it was a scam as the prices were so good I was worried. But in the end the copper bath is exactly what I wanted and is perfect even after 3 years. Thank you for everything to Ally you went above and beyond for us. Looks amazing once I got it out of the box. Taps and stuff are cool. Looking forward to the basin:). Very impressive communication - the people have been fantastic and it’s a bargain tbh. I’m even using the packaging to make a bookcase for vinyl records that would have cost me 600 quid. Given the basin that was free…cost of bath is about 700 which is a bargain. Thank you

Our bath is still in manufacture, but I have recived the taps already, very nice quality and these guys are an absoloute pleasure to deal with. Very good experience, and cant wait for our bath to arrive.

With the advice he gave about my nickel/copper bath and basin he took the time to show us the bath but also explained the process patiently and completely.
