Just visited with my son. Guy behind the counter very clearly doesn't want to be there. Ice cream and fake cream so average.

I have nothing to say about the ice cream. They have a great selection and they taste good. You can't go wrong with BR ice cream.
The reason for the 1 star is directed at the management.
I went there with my family some years ago and upon exiting, my child's small foot got caught underneath the door (when the door opens, there is a small gap between the bottom of the door and mat) and tore my child's toe nail off causing it to bleed.
I sent an email to them to make them aware and put in measures to prevent the same thing happening again to another child.
The one and only reply was very disappointing. No empathy, no apology, no care for the child's wellbeing.
I'm posting this now because I was in the area and noticed the same issue present.
Clearly a franchise focused on making profit only and not looking after their customers health and safety whilst in the premises.
Note to parents: make sure you open the door slowly from the inside keeping younglings at a safe distance from the door.
One of the best services the guy who served me today was very polite and helpful I ask for cup and extra sauce he gave...... good portion too.....
