Scoop fell out immediately after walking out of the shop, and was ignored for minutes and asked to pay again for a replacement. Bad service and Unhappy customer!

Great choice of ice cream flavours, but can make a little more creamer.
I was served by Nishi who was very friendly, knowledgeable & recommended what flavours to select depending on my personal taste preference.
