Shower valve was acting up this afternoon, couldn't dial in the right temperature. Called AZ Home Services and they sent someone out pretty quick. Tech local to Fountain Hills, AZ knew exactly what was wrong with the cartridge and swapped it out. Hot and cold work perfect now.

This morning my water heater barely warmed the water no matter how long I ran it. AZ Home Services Group came out and found a faulty heating element. They swapped it quickly, and now the water gets hot like it should. Really relieved to have that fixed today.

Had a broken underground pipe causing low water pressure. They swapped out that section with PEX tubing for better flexibility and it’s holding up well now. The fix was done quickly and no leaks since. I’ll call them again if anything else pops up.

He replaced the fill valve, tested it out, and now it shuts off like it should. No more jiggling around. Good price too. finally found good help in fountain hills, az
