Food in the Jewish quarter of krakow
Just had a meal after having a busy day exploring krakow, I had ribs which fell off the bone, the wife had chicken, both meals were superb, George our waiter was extremely attentive and his English was extremely good, would eat there again if we ever return.

Location is great in this historic part of the city. Sadly, i had to send the chicken salad back as some of the meat was pink. Food was otherwise ok. I was shocked by the bill, which I soon realised was due to the high cost of the 'promoted' Polish wine. My own fault as I should have asked the price when it was suggested. Visiting other restaurants in the city I soon realised that this is common practice (promoting expensive local wine) so be aware if you are eating in the city. The wine was not worth in excess of 50 Euros charged.
