If you are looking for lighting you must visit Demiz at awHome Electrics. His personalised service, attention to detail and knowledge of lighting for the different areas in your home is 1st class. I went in for a kitchen pendant light and some external wall lights, and the choices available in store are fabulous. The display is amazing, as well as what is available online and within the many different catalogues. He kept in touch with me the whole time via email and phone calls, and was able to source exactly what I needed. His customer care and advice are invaluable, he was honestly just as invested in my project as I was.

Great local lighting showroom
AW Home was recommended to us by a neighbour and we were very happy with the service and products. Demiz was very helpful even I visted the showroom and also came round to the house to ensure I had make the right choices. After delivery I wanted to change a light fitting which wasn't an ssue and we also bought all the bulbs from there too. Demiz was always available on email and mobile and we would not hesitate to recommend him and the company

We recently completed a full house renovation and rewire with AW Home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the very beginning, the team provided excellent advice, support, and guidance throughout the entire project. They took the time to understand our style and the overall look we were trying to achieve, recommending products and solutions that perfectly complemented our home. Their knowledge and expertise were invaluable, and their extensive range of products meant we always had plenty of high-quality options to choose from.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. The team are professional, friendly, reliable, and clearly take great pride in their work.
Great service, great guys, great prices, and outstanding results. We wouldn't hesitate to use AW Home again and would happily recommend them to anyone undertaking a renovation or home improvement project.

Fantastic local lighting shop with truly personal service. The showroom itself is beautiful and immediately draws you in, with a great range of lighting on display.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were given plenty of time to browse and explore options that suited our style and preferences, without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
Part of our order was a light for our living room, but once it was installed, it didn't work quite as well in the space as we had imagined. Demiz was incredibly patient, understanding and helpful throughout the process of arranging the return and helping us find a more suitable replacement.
He took the time to sit down with us in the showroom, discuss different options and guide us through our choices. Pricing and quotations were always provided promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress free.

We’ve worked with Demiz throughout the course of our house renovation and only wish we’d met him sooner! Before discovering AW we had purchased switches and handles online - we ended up ripping them all out due to poor quality and couldn’t have been happier with the replacement products from AW. We went onto do our indoor and outdoor lights, door handles, window handles, sockets - best decision! Dem is fast, truthful, patient, really knowledgeable and overall just a lovely guy with amazing customer service. A dream in a world of confusion in hardware & lighting! Couldn’t recommend more.

I had been after light fittings for two stairways in a house I was refurbishing without much luck until I approached Demiz the showroom manager of AW lighting in Baker Street. We discussed several options based on the styles I was after following which Demiz made a site visit. From this he designed six light fittings which were then installed and look absolutely amazing. What impressed me most was the options he came up with to ensure they complimented the house and furnishings. I would thoroughly recommend Demiz and AW Lighting.

If you’re renovating and don’t know where to start with choosing hardware look no further. Demiz was amazing, guiding us through the entire process. He initially came round to view the space and help us plan what we needed for each room. He made the process so easy for us that we decided to order all our sockets, switches and door handles through AW Home.
Demiz is professional, knowledgeable, easy to deal with and very reactive with orders and deliveries (vital during this stressful time). Thank you Demiz for all your advice and patience. The brassware quality is great and looks lovely in our home!

We had an excellent experience with AW Home. Demiz was incredibly helpful throughout and we were fitting out our whole home so his patience and knowledge made a huge difference. AW Home really is a one stop shop for home hardware and lighting. They carry some great brands like Pooky and we found everything we needed including switches, sockets, lighting, smoke alarms, door knobs and front door hardware. The showroom is excellent and well worth a visit. Highly recommend!
